It appears to be clips from the show dubbed over so the characters will speak Christmas-related dialougue. The first scene involves Vegeta being visited by three ghosts, a la A Christmas Carol by Charles Dickens.
The second part is drawn by computer and animated with Adobe Flash.
The original first segment no longer airs due to copyright claim by Toei Animation. Due to this, a new clip may be paired with it starting this Christmas.
