Al's Waiter
Al is a one Binome that owns Al's Wait & Eat on Level 31 in Mainframe. He never comes to the front of the bar; he works in the back of the restaurant as the chef. Al is extremely hard of hearing, the only thing he ever says is "WHAT?!". Al's Waiter runs the front of the restaurant for him, and the Roller Blader waits tables. Al is also a business partner of Dot Matrix's.
According to Al's Waiter, Al only runs at a slow 3 decahertz.
The ReBoot Multiuniverse[]
They were first seen as Bob was heading to Level 31 in order for Dot to eat slow food in order to reverse her magnetic erasure. It took cycles to process them though, and even Akari and her Pokémon can't stand them!! Particularly her slow Pokémon, Slowbro and Slowking, and her faster Pokémon, Doduo and Dodrio! They even became their rivals, whether it'd be processing/delivering foods to others, even using her Rapidash. It lasted for a while before the Net War started and when she was going thru growing pains. It's likely they hadn't survived after Gnosis' dominance, as they were wrecked by Rayquaza after they got infected by Megabyte!
