Andrew Oikonny, usually called only by his surname, is the nephew of Andross and his successor to the empire. Despite being a highly inexperienced pilot, he was originally part of the Star Wolf team of Space Pirates which consisted of Pigma Dengar, Leon Powalski and Wolf O'Donnell as the leader. He formed a rivalry with Slippy Toad during the Lylat Wars. Believing himself to be the one true heir to the throne of the Venomian empire, his dream is to gain the favor of his Uncle Andross.
