Angelica Charlotte Pickles is the main female antagonist and sometimes a supporting character on Rugrats and a main character in its spin-off All Grown Up! The daughter of Drew and Charlotte Pickles, she is a bossy spoiled brat who always wants to get her way and constantly bullies her cousins Tommy and Dil and their friends through deceit and trickery, though her parents began to spoil her less in later seasons and act more strict with her, along with being disciplined.
Angelica died after a drug overdose and wound up at the Greed ring instead of Gluttony, due to her callous and materialistic dominion. Her doll, Cynthia , based on her dead mom was often lost and buried there beneath the endless gold coins.
