Bando is a stray Bluetick Coonhound in Homeward Bound II: Lost in San Francisco, and a member of Riley's gang. He was Delilah's love interest and became obsessed over her when Chance fell in love with her. Eventually, Bando was left to his lovesick self as Delilah reconsidered to stay with Chance and his owner, Jamie.
