The Baxter Building is a 35-story building located at 42nd Street and Madison Avenue, Manhattan, New York City in the United States of America just a few blocks from the United Nations Headquarters. It has been home to many individuals and organizations. The most famous being the Fantastic Four.

Of course, after that incident on the Brooklyn Bridge, the colossal building gradually became the team's new base of operations. The group was reluctant on staying there, even the amnesiac Terri, while Reed was building the reactor to simulate the cosmic storm and reverse the effects, but overtime, they never wanted to leave it. The only exception was Terri, though, as she ran away after the epic fight against Dr. Doom, and she only visited there from her own apartment. This was also the same place for Reed and Sue's wedding and finding the Surfer a couple years afterwards.
