The Bebop is a converted interplanetary fishing trawler owned and captained by Jet Black. It was the primary residence and transport for a crew that consists of Jet, Spike Spiegel, Faye Valentine, Edward, and Ein. The ship traveled throughout the Solar System to places such as Mars, Tijuana, Ganymede, Venus, and Earth.

The Bebop was the main setting in Ikran's warfic. It was first seen as Jet was taking Faye and Trudy to Earth moments after Spike died. Trudy woke up in her quarters then called her friend, Mary, and believed her dream was real on seeing Spike being resurrected. She was hesitant but she headed to the dining room with Jet and Faye, then confessed about her vision. Jet never believed her, though Faye did, and so the women decided to fly to Tharsis in the devastated skyscraper.
The Bebop then took the injured women to Doc's private hospital, and soon to Laughing Bull's camp. After he and Jet discovered Trudy's destiny, the Bebop flew to Earth but not before it was ambushed by Spike and his deadly Swordfish II! It was then spared by the Space Shuttle, unfortunately, it couldn't sustain the mounting damage from the guns and lasers. After X escorted Jet. Faye, and Trudy out, Spike fired his lethal plasma beam, thus destroying the Bebop into space dust!
