The Biker Mice from Mars are three Freedom Fighters from Mars who just happen to look like giant Mice! Escaping their war-torn planet of Mars, the three crash-land in Chicago, in the Wriggly Stadium Scoreboard.
They'd been trained by their mentor, Stoker, before the Plutarkians invaded Mars and captured the Mice, and the main trio managed to get away from Dr. Karbunkle's experiments on them and brainwashing their mentor as they escaped to Chicago, then taken in by Charley Davidson.
The Mice themselves are, character-wise, almost the same as before, except that now they have been properly formed into a special commando squad; as such, Throttle's leadership role has been formally recognized with the rank of Commander. There have also been minor changes in costume and upgrades in their bikes in the 2006 series.
The Biker Mice were mentioned there as they'd been the earliest inhabitants of Martians discovered as they'd landed in Chicago back in 1993 and stayed until 2006, before they visited their home planet again and got involved with wars between the Plutarkians as well as the Catatonians. Their goal was to protect the Regenerator and Stoker, Rimfire and Harley joined the cause. It wasn't until Harley sacrificed herself and the Regenerator was replaced by Stoker's own copy from Earth. Since that fateful day, the Biker Mice remained as past legends and soon passed on towards the 2070s and their bikes and some videotape footage remained.
Ikran's songfic centered around the Beach Boys hit, featuring Vinnie who was cheering up her unnamed younger self as she was anxious on an upcoming comprehension questionnaire; her attention span was short, so it'd be difficult to answer and recall the story preluding it.
