Biography[]
Bill Parkinson is a young 16-year old high school student who dream of being one of the top best scientists in the world, who's often get bullies for being too nerdy, causing to nearly giving ups his dream, until he and others were summon to become Power Rangers, he become the team's brains where he make up plans of how to defeat a enemy, help create arsenals or any antidote.
He has a strong rivalry with Goblingax.
