William "Bill" S. Preston, Esq. and Theodore "Ted" Logan III are the titular main protagonists in the Bill and Ted series.
Bill was portrayed by Alex Winter, and Ted by Keanu Reeves. In Bill & Ted's Bogus Journey, William Throne portrays young Bill, and Brendan Ryan portrays young Ted.
They were mentioned in the end of Shinnok's Uprising, when Johnny Cage was fascinated that Aiko traveled 16 years into the past and wields future knowledge of him, Sonya, and them bearing Cassie. Johnny thought time travel might've been possible; if Bill and Ted can do it, then so could Aiko with her unknown carrier.
In the short story, Koherence, Aiko and Fujin broadcast their concert via her heart gems she, the Shaolin, and her other distant allies carried, as well as announce it overriding the effects of the Matokans' drums and purifying the lost Shaolins' depressed hearts; it was a similar fashion when Bill and Ted did their own rock concert taking over De Nomolos's broadcast and unifying the world with their music.
