Billy is one of the three titular main protagonists of The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy. Billy is a dimwitted, happy-go-lucky boy who lives in Endsville with his parents, Harold and Gladys. He is the best friend of both Mandy and Grim.
He was voiced by Richard Steven Horvitz, who also voiced Alpha 5 & 7 in the Power Rangers franchise, Daggett the Beaver in The Angry Beavers, Grey Matter in Ben 10, Raz in Psychonauts, and Zim in Invader Zim while in the 3DS version of Cartoon Network: Punch Time Explosion he was voiced by Quinton Flynn who did Sheldon Lee in My Life as a Teenage Robot.
