It was only used once by Joey at the Dark Reactor Core within Dark Star, merging his Red-Eyes and Yugi's Summoned Skull. Thanks to its Shadow Flare, it was able to destroy the remaining Blood Hawk and copy of Blood Falcon, then in conjunction with the Blue-Eyes Shining Dragon's Shiny Nova, it disabled the Core allowing Rick to destroy iy, resulting in Deathborn's demise and Falcon's sacrifice.
