Blizzard Buffalo, known as Frozen Buffalio (フローズン・バッファリオ Furōzun Baffario) in Japan, is a bison-based Reploid from the Mega Man X series. He is a ski slope security officer who was infected by the Maverick Virus, joining the Doppler Army in Mega Man X3.
