Brian Laurence is a character in the 1996 film, Twister, who is portrayed by Jeremy Davies. He's usually Joey's partner and is often responsible for the recording and photography equipment as the team chases tornadoes; sometimes Jo'd reminds Laurence to take the cameras otherwise he'd sketch the tornadoes for their research. He's also capable on tracking storms on the Doppler radars.
At one point during the F4 touchdown, Laurence hid himself in his car in which Jo took him out to the garage pit, although his car was destroyed and needed to take refuge in Rabbit's truck with several other chasers. He also helped in improving the last 2 Dorothys with aluminum and resumed recording with the remaining equipment.
