Just like Oaklands House and all other care homes prior to, all the children and adults who lived and/or worked there have left, and it is unknown as to what condition the building is in now.
History
In Spring 2012, Frank, Luke, Lily, Lana, Anne, Ben, Hope, Leo, Holly & Amy move to Brookside after leaving Oaklands house. Peggy, T.J & Trixy - unruly, tearaway siblings - move to Brookside on the same day as the other residents & terrorised them. They constantly put Sid’s job at risk & tried to get Brookside closed down. A refuge from Congo named Naz Tako moves in to Brookside & refuses to go inside & prefers outdoors.
Grantly moves to Ireland at the same time as Anne leaves for a running academy and Frank leaves for the halfway house, and there is a party for the three of them. After this, Elm Tree House replaces Brookside.
