Bulma (ブルマ 'Buruma') is a brilliant scientist and the second daughter of Capsule Corporation's founder Dr. Brief and his wife Bikini, the younger sister of Tights, and is Goku's first friend. She used to be the girlfriend of Yamcha, but moved on (while remaining friends with him) and, eventually, became the wife of Vegeta, as well as the mother of Trunks and Bulla. A technological and scientific genius who can turn her talents to almost any field and understand alien technology near-effortlessly, her inventions, and the resources of Capsule Corporation, have been invaluable to Goku and the rest of the Dragon Team many times. Her most notable invention is the Dragon Radar. Bulma is the most significant female character in the series. Aside from Goku, Bulma is the single longest-running character in the entire meta-series, being introduced in the first Dragon Ball chapter and episode and maintaining a prominent role until the end of the series.

The Bouncer tetralogy[]
Bulma was preparing Ayame's first mission on her own looking for the Dragon Ball located in Dog Street, which was a place no one had been to. She warned Ayame that Edge has a high crime rate and a low reception, and Ayame must always stay on guard. She gifted her her own camouflage outfit and the Dragon Ball locator.
Awhile later when Ayame returned from her defeat by Dauragon, she was shocked to know she discovered the Mikado Group, which was the most bitter rival to her father's company for so many years. Even when Dauragon replaced the more benevolent Master Mikado. Over resources, money, and fame. She was determined to save the world, but she was unconfident on having Goten and Trunks decided to tag along with Ayame. Goku and Gohan encouraged it since they seemed more powerful than them at their age. Bulma was reluctant but she accepted.
She was seen later at the Lookout with the Dragon Team as the Dragon Balls were reunited and Shenron was summoned. She was also seen as Ayame called her from the bar's phone setting an appointment for Dominique to be operated/repaired. She was exhilirated seeing her and Sion the next day and assured that Capsule Corp is the complete contrary to Mikado. She started the operation with her father and removed a Trojan virus while also rearranging her wiring and coding, preventing her on turning beserk and putting her fighting into good use. The tests were successful, and she even met Wong revived from the Dragon Balls.
She and her dad agreed they shall donate money to the bar, Fate, as well as Edge to return the favor to the heroes there. Bulma eventually accepted on Trunks cleaning house if he wishes to be a part-time future Bouncer for Edge and Dog Street, while also spend most of his time working for Capsule Corp.
