Cade Hirano is a member of the Resistance from 2068 who fights against the reign of Almighty Time Traveler as Kamen Rider Time Omega. In an effort to change his apocalyptic future, he travels to 2018 with Wela in an attempt to defeat Zeke Katano before he could become Almighty Time Traveler.

In an alternative series of events during Almighty's Day, he defeated Zeke and became Time Omega Revive, which was expedited by Alpha Tempus until his disappearance from the timeline.

Cade transforms into Kamen Rider Time Omega using the Time Omega Ridewatch. His visor reads "Rider" in hiragana, while the logo on his forehead reads "Kamen" in katakana. Time Omega's primary weapon in his base forms is the Time Edge.

In his fight against the Quartzers in the appearance of the Kamen Riders, Time Omega becomes strong enough to face them something that could not even in his Revive form nor Royal Time Traveler could.

This form has seven finishers:

• Time-Driver finishers:
  • Time Burst: This finisher has two variations:
    • Rider Kick: Time Omega projects a vision of the enemy's defeat as a series of yellow-colored "Rider" and "Kick" characters appear in a line towards the enemy before Time Omega performs a Rider Kick through the characters, foot and visor lining up with them. The projected enemy acts in reverse as it and the enemy converge at the point where the kick hits, the enemy then following the projection's path back to where it started to be destroyed exactly where Time Omega predicted at the beginning of the attack.
    • Rider Break: On the Omega Traveler Striker, Time Traveler spins and hits the enemy twice before launching him in the air and rams it into the wall.
    • King Time Break Time Omega, along with Time Traveler in his Almighty Form performs a Rider Kick along with the previous 19 Kamen Riders in their final forms as their "Rider Symbol" footprint on their right foot while performing a Rider kick and the 20th symbol Kamen's rider appears behind them as they cross the enemy.

By entering the code 5-5-5 into the Phiphone X, Time Traveler can access the Phi Grand Shot, a replica of the SB-555C Phi Shot capable of delivering punches with incredible impact, and the Phi Flash Pointer, a replica of the SB-555L Phi Pointer, which he uses to perform Phi's Crimson Smash. Both are loaded with unique Time Omega-styled Mission Memories.

Compared to the RiderArmors, Phi Armor has better kicking power and is faster than Drive Armor when not at full speed.

Time Omega Revive Ridewatch

Cade can use the Time Omega Revive Ridewatch to access two super forms. He can quickly transition between the two without having to prepare the Time-Driver for a form change by rotating the hourglass-shaped part of the Ridewatch. In both forms, he is armed with the Time Striker.

Initially, as a result of Time Omega Revive's power coming from the Time Omega Revive Ridewatch's ability to compress and speed up time, Cade will suffer severe side effects, such as bleeding, which could prove fatal if used too long. However it seems Cade has pushed his body past the physical strains and no longer suffers from the side effects.

Time Omega Revive Hurricane is one of Time Omega's super forms. It is accessed by upgrading Time Omega's base Form with the Time Omega Revive Ridewatch, set to its Hurricane mode.

In this form, like Time Omega Revive Flame, all of Time Omega's stats surpass Time Traveler II. Although Time Omega Revive Hurricane's punching power is weaker than Time Omega Revive Flame's, its maximum running speed has been drastically improved.

This form's main ability is its extreme speed. It is able to move so fast that Zi-O II cannot predict its movements with his future sight. It is able to dodge attacks fast enough to appear as if Geiz were standing still and the attack phases though the resulting afterimage. This form is also flight capable.

In this form, Time Omega wields the Time Striker in its Claw Mode.

Scared Armor was transformed from Time Omega Phantom Warrior Armor caused by Time Omega's phasmophobia, with the red and orange parts recolored blue, and the shin armor redesigned to look like wailing spirits/scared expressions. Statistically, this is Time Omega's weakest form as all of his stats with the exception of jump height are lower than his base form.
