Bilingual Characters

Bilingual Characters are characters that speak at least one other language besides their own native tongue. Some of these consist of characters in which English is not their native language. Some of them, being from other countries, have spoken languages that originated from those countries that they're from, while others knew English first but then took the time to learn and became fluent with another language.

Occasionally, it applies to those who're from another planet as well.
