Ever since TheIkranRider despised their poor portrayal in the anime episode, she decided to change things up; in this case, Leon is still his anthropomorphic self from the original timeline, and Beastman was his close rival, but never an enemy.
It was first established in Ending it All as Burt stated that Leon was a busboy for the Falcon House after he assisted Tinsel during the Big Blue race. He admitted he had a crush on Lucy Liberty while he promised to help her and save the orphans while he decided to fight back Dark Million. It wasn't until he reunited with Lucy after Tinsel, Rick, and Draq saved her from Black Shadow's thrall; he licked her wholeheartedly and spilt her heart out to her! They admitted their love for each other, and it stuck ever since, much to the discomfort her former posse had!
It was even better as Leon decided to become a Task Force member while occasionally visiting Zou as a head of the orphanage and a soccer coach, while still being a part-time busboy.
