Successful Villains

These villains succeeded in their goals at some point of the multi-universe. No one can be here if they kill heroes successfully it doesn't apply. They win at multi-universal domination or something and this kind of villain is VERY rare with the successful villains though can still lose; it's just their goal was achieved, and they can lose it.
