Charles Crandall Norbert "Chuckie" Finster, Jr. is the adorable best friend of Tommy Pickles and acts as the series' deuteragonist (in Rugrats in Paris: The Movie, however, he serves as the protagonist). Chuckie's mother Melinda died from an illness when Chuckie was a few months old.

In Rugrats in Paris: The Movie, his father, Chas was going to marry Coco, an evil woman who hates children, and tries to get Chas to fall in love with her, but in the end, Chas fell in love with and married Kira, Kimi's mother. His beautiful new stepmother is loving and caring, just like his father and biological mother. Chuckie also has a puppy named Pepper (also known as Sparky) and a poodle named Fifi. Chuckie was 2 years old in Rugrats, 11 years old in the All Grown Up! pilot episode "All Growed Up" and 12 years old in All Grown Up! series itself.

The Tribal Ceremony[]

Chuckie was actually born from one of the members, rather than Charles and Melinda. Actually, it's rumored he can be one of the sons of the gathering Gerudo since they made their appearance in the 2nd ceremony. To expand them further, Chuckie was brought in during the 3rd ceremony. And he was a born native who was always enthralled and mesmerized by their percussion and dance rituals; it's rumored his first words were a mantra...

"Must have fun... Must play drums..!"

He was still his mesmerized self as he gathered around the bonfire with the other young ones as he absorbed the drums and sometimes listened to Unaliving Liu Kang's words on the upcoming war.

Sleepy Hollow, the Missing Episodes[]

Chuckie, along with his mom, had died in a severe car accident back in 1992, and wound up in Limbo since they weren't baptized. Since then, his father, Chas, managed to find romance in Paris; based on the infamous creepypasta.

Trivia[]

  • Ever since Ikran was a little kid, she was turned on by several pieces of media of Indian/African activity. And somehow the hypnotism from the babies in King Ten Pin made her include Chuckie into the mix. And since the Gerudo have a man once every century, she decided to put him in, since he has lots of red hair similar to the women. And learning their enticing customs.
