Cilan is one of the Striation City Gym Leaders. In the anime, he travels with Ash and Iris in the Unova region. He is also a Pokemon Connoisseur. He also appears in IchokaSuzumi666's fanfictions, Hollywood World and Total Cartoon Teams (as a guest star in the latter series).
