Jenny is Cindy's mom which makes Cindy her daughter, Cindy was made by Iyani who gained permission from Ben to use his machine to make her, from Cindy's photo, the photo was put into Ben's machine and transformed into a doll, when Cindy turned 1, she evolved from a doll to a human.
When Cindy was 2, Jenny signed her up to go to Picture Town Preschool, a month afterward, Cindy went to the pre- school, she went to room 1 where she met Iyani and her friends.
In Picture Town, Cindy appears in the middle of the first episode, A-c's Journey, she, A-c and his friends work together to help Sebrinae get her machine back.

Cindy is polite and generous, she is very friendly, she also works along with helps people when they're in need, she is also very brave and helps A-c and his friends to save people from horror and danger, she also takes on her role as a super hero in A-c's super hero family.
