Ten thousand years before the events of Naruto Shippuden, she ruled over Suna with a iron fist till she made Bahamut the king of all dragons upset and he banished her into another dimension which was the Pokegirl World where she was kept in a interdimension prison till she escaped ten thousand years later and went back to Suna.
She invaded Sunagakure no Sato with her army of black armored beings to get back into her kingdom that lies below Sunagakure no Sato.
She fought against Naruto and Hotaru Makai which resulted in her transforming twice but she was killed when Naruto and Hotaru used the Kage Hekireki Rasengan.

Cleopatra was skilled at using elemental spells from ancient times before the discovery of jutsus. She also transformed into new foes from the power of Anubis the ancient god of the dead that used to reside in Suna within ancient times.
