The Court Of Justice was the court of the planet Mon Cala.^[1] In October 2039,^[2] Tune Squad Queen Minnie Mouse lead a mission to Mon Cala to get starships needed for their navy. But Goofy, Lucy Heartfilia, and Sunset Shimmer were attacked by a Quarren mob but were accused of the crime. The group was brought before King Ech-Char in the Royal Throne Chamber, who was the judge in the trial. The king ordered that Sunset must fight Arkay-Nine in the Ancient Rite of Challenge.^[1]
