Crash and Coco Bandicoot and their friends are invaded by an alien robot race called the Metarexmon after they befriend a kind-hearted Digimon named Coronamon. Afterwards, they are soon reunited with Cale, Hollyanna, Derek, and Diana, who discovered that they can travel to Crash's world and back any time they like with Alan and Ethel's machine, and the result; The machine, as the four and their loved ones predicted, reverted them back to their original ages from six years ago on Earth when they first met and became part of Team Bandicoot, even though Crash's world ran through six months after it split from Earth from Earth's six years ago. Then learning that the eight Clear Gems and three Crystals are scattered across different worlds, Team Bandicoot and their allies, including Cortex and his goons, race to find them in order, for Team Bandicoot's case, to save the worlds from the Metarexmon with Coronamon's help, or for Cortex and his goons' case, to use the Clear Gems and Crystals to destroy the Metarexmon first and them Team Bandicoot in order to build the Cortex Kingdom. All the while teaming up with Team Purple, and for Cortex and his goons' case, Gnasty Gnorc, Malefor, Ripto, and the villains.

Season 4 Episode 1: A Corona Call

Plot: After Crash crash-lands back onto the Wumpa Islands after unleashing the Clear Gems and Crystals across the dimensions in order to hinder a mysterious alien enemy, he is soon rescued by Cortex and his goons and then leaves in a hurry. Elsewhere, Coco, Crunch, Tawna, Sombra, Polar, and Pura are enjoying a meteor shower spectacle with Crash and Tawna and Coco and Sombra's children, Mohawk and Sabrina Bandicoot and Luz and Lisa Bandicoot respectively, when a huge ship crashes nearby, causing them to investigate. Upon arrival, they find a young Digimon named Coronamon and learns that he is on a classified mission involving Crash. Suddenly, after meeting up with Crash, Tiny, Dingodile, and Aku-Aku, an alien warrior similar to the one Crash fought before called a Metarexmon appears and steals a Dimension Egg from the Wumpa Islands, despite Crash and his team trying to stop him, causing the Wumpa Islands' floral life to slowly decay. In the end, they soon receive a surprise visit from Cale, Hollyanna, Derek, and Diana, who reverts back to their younger ages from six years ago on Earth, or in Crash's world's case, six months ago.

Season 4 Episode 2: Interdimensional Crisis

Plot: After explaining what happened in the last episode to Cale, Hollyanna, Derek, and Diana, our heroes soon learn from Coronamon about his mission; To stop the Metarexmon from taking over dimensions by stealing their Dimension Eggs and mysteriously infecting and assimilating their victims who are made of mechanical parts and data blood. Unfortunately for those who get infected, there is no discovery on a cure against their infections yet. Deciding to help Coronamon on his mission, our heroes name their team Team Bandicoot and convince Coronamon to let them help. Coronamon refuses to let our heroes, except Crash, come with him because of his fear of getting them hurt or killed because of him, but when a Metarexmon appears to attack them now that the Dimension Egg is stolen, Team Bandicoot successfully defeats the Metarexmon with a powerful blast from their new battleship called the Red Typhoon. Won over by their teamwork, Coronamon changes his mind and decides to let Crash and all of our heroes to go with him on his mission, and in the end, after leaving Crash and Tawna and Coco and Sombra's children in the care of their babysitters, Ami, Isabella, Liz, and Megumi Bandicoot, leave onboard the Red Typhoon to travel across dimensions to find the Clear Gems and Crystals, unaware that Cortex and his goons are secretly following them.

Season 4 Episode 3: Walk the Dinosaur

Plot: Arriving in the Dimension of Prehistopia, where the Blue Clear Gem and first Crystal are located, Team Bandicoot and Coronamon discover that the Metarexmon have taken over and stolen its Dimension Egg, turning the place into a tar and lava-infested world. Upon their arrival as well, Cortex and his goons also begin their search for the Blue Clear Gem and first Crystal. Upon witnessing a mother T-Rex and a father T-Rex getting mortally injured by a Metarexmon protecting their eggs, Team Bandicoot decides to take one of the eggs in their care by their dying wishes and blessing. But by the time they find the Blue Clear Gem and first Crystal, the mother T-Rex and the father T-Rex come back to life, infected by the Metarexmon and attacks Team Bandicoot. They manage to escape and while hiding in an empty cavern, the egg hatches and Team Bandicoot names the newly hatched baby male T-Rex Baby T. But when the Metarexmon, infected mother T-Rex, and infected father T-Rex find Team Bandicoot, they almost attack when they are rescued by a mysterious army led by three mysterious leaders. In the end, their rescuers introduce themselves as Gnasty Gnorc, Ripto, and Malefor.

Season 4 Episode 4: You Got a True Friend in Me

Plot: After Gnasty Gnorc, Ripto, and Malefor explain to Team Bandicoot that there is an evil army in association with the Metarexmon, calling themselves Team Purple, Team Bandicoot agree to help the three and their army to defeat Team Purple and the Metarexmon in order to save Prehistopia, despite Coronamon's suspicions. After Gnasty Gnorc, Ripto, Malefor and their army leaves them to do so, Team Bandicoot, after arguing with Coronamon about his suspicions towards Gnasty Gnorc, Ripto, Malefor, and their army, causing him to leave in anger, sets up a trap for Team Purple, but when they fall for another trap similar to theirs, they learn it's Team Purple's own trap and while they got caught, Team Purple also got caught in Team Bandicoot's trap. Then Cortex and his goons, having also told Team Purple of Team Bandicoot being an evil army somehow, and even Gnasty Gnorc, Ripto, Malefor, and their army arrive and orders Team Purple and Team Bandicoot respectively to fight each other. After freeing themselves from their traps, Team Bandicoot and Team Purple soon began fighting each other. Elsewhere, Coronamon meets up with Lunamon who also left Team Purple in anger because of her suspicions of Cortex and his goons, causing them both to realize that Cortex and his goons and even Gnasty Gnorc, Ripto, Malefor, and their army have tricked Team Bandicoot and Team Purple into fighting against each other for evil reasons and rushes off to find their respective teams to warn them. By the time they found them, they succeed in exposing both teams' respective enemies' lies to both fighting teams by revealing the Blue Clear Gem, first Crystal, and even the Fire Crystal in the enemies' hands, ending the fight. Then, a Metarexmon and the infected mother T-Rex and father T-Rex appears with the Dimension Egg and after both enemies escape, unknowingly dropping the Blue Clear Gem, first Crystal, and Fire Crystal, both teams team up and defeat the Metarexmon and restore the mother T-Rex and father T-Rex back to normal by blasting the antidote in the form of rays of light coming from Coronamon and Lunamon. In the end, the mother T-Rex and father T-Rex allows Baby T, upon their reunion and their eggs hatching, to go with Team Bandicoot and Coronamon after they restore Prehistopia to its former glory with its Dimension Egg and Team Bandicoot getting the Blue Clear Gem and first Crystal and Team Purple getting the Fire Crystal, and both teams promising each other that they'll meet and team up again.

Season 4 Episode 5: Ice, Ice Baby

Plot: After arriving at the Four Seasonal Dimension of Seasonia (Pronounced Sea-So-Knee-Ah) to find the Orange Clear Gem and second Crystal, Team Bandicoot and Coronamon learn its Dimension Egg is stored away by an infected penguin named Penta Penguin and the Metarexmon, having turned Seasonia into an eternal winter land. Elsewhere, Cortex and his goons are searching for the Orange Clear Gem and second Crystal when Tykoon feeds them hot chocolate secretly filled with sleeping seasoning, putting Cortex and his goons to sleep. Then it's revealed that Tykoon has been persuaded by five spies called the Fearsome Four, consisting Megavolt, Quackerjack, Bushroot, and Liquidator, led by Yuffie Kisaragi, into giving the sleeping seasoning to his master and goons by blackmailing him into doing it by telling him that if he refuses to do it, they'll expose his secret crush on Coco to Cortex and his goons. The reason they're doing it; Yuffie and the Fearsome Four are treasure hunters with a mysterious personal mission and are trying to find Magic Gems. But before the five could infiltrate the same base, they are captured by the Metarexmon. Elsewhere at the base after returning Penta back to normal with the antidote, Team Bandicoot and Coronamon convince Penta to let them help in restoring Seasonia back to normal. After getting captured by the Metarexmon during an attempted invasion to get the Dimension Egg back, Team Bandicoot and Coronamon meet Yuffie and the Fearsome Four and they agree to team up to escape. In the end, they do escape, get the Dimension Egg back to Seasonia, and get the Orange Clear Gem and second Crystal, only for Yuffie and the Fearsome Four to double-cross them and steal the Orange Clear Gem, mistaking it for a Magic Gem, only to be revealed that the real Orange Clear Gem was buried in the tree's roots formally under the ice the whole time and the Orange Clear Gem they found and then robbed of was fake.

Season 4 Episode 6: Rumble in the Jungle

Plot: Believing Team Bandicoot have tricked them with the fake Orange Clear Gem in the last episode, Yuffie and the Fearsome Four decide to go after them to get the real one back. Team Bandicoot and Coronamon encounter Team Purple and Lunamon fighting a Metarexmon above the Jungle Dimension of Congola, and aids them in battle. But upon the Metarexmon's defeat, Crash and Spyro end up separated from their teams when they get blasted too far. Upon landing there to find the two, Team Bandicoot and Team Purple decide to work together in finding Crash and Spyro by splitting up. Team Bandicoot, while searching for Crash and Spyro, soon encounter a Monkey Metarexmon planning on stealing Congola's Dimension Egg and manage to intervene and get the Dimension Egg safely into their hands. With Crash and Spyro, they encounter Yuffie and the Fearsome Four, having arrived to get the Orange Clear Gem back from them. But thankfully, Crash, with Spyro's help, clears the misunderstanding by revealing that it's not a Magic Gem they are after. But after the Monkey Metarexmon causes a rockslide to separate Crash, Yuffie, and the Fearsome Four from Spyro, Crash convinces Yuffie and the Fearsome Four to help him look for Spyro and the others, promising them that if they do, he'll give them a real Magic Gem, if they find one, to which they agree. But as soon as they reunite with Team Bandicoot and Coronamon and revealed about the deal Crash made with Yuffie and the Fearsome Four, Cortex and his goons and even Gnasty Gnorc, Ripto, Malefor, and their army arrive to ambush them for the Clear Gems and Crystals, but the Monkey Metarexmon attacks with his Metarexmon cronies, when Team Purple and Lunamon, having somehow found Spyro, comes to their aid and defeats the Monkey Metarexmon, which then sends Cortex and his goons flying off and made Gnasty Gnorc, Ripto, Malefor, and their army to make a retreat with dignity. Then Team Purple and Lunamon reveal to Team Bandicoot, Coronamon, Yuffie, and the Fearsome Four their discovery; A cavern full of Magic Gems. In the end, Yuffie and the Fearsome Four and Crash happily renege the deal they made, having understood the importance of teamwork and Team Bandicoot, Team Purple, Coronamon, and Lunamon helps Yuffie and the Fearsome Four escape with the Magic Gems and Team Bandicoot and Coronamon part ways with Team Purple and Lunamon to resume their mission.

Season 4 Episode 7: Spy Thieves with Hearts of Gold

Plot: Learning that Yuffie and the Fearsome Four have discovered the remaining Clear Gems and last Crystal in the Metarexmon Factory and have gotten captured while trying to get them, Team Bandicoot and Coronamon head there to rescue them. But upon arrival, they soon learn that Yuffie and the Fearsome Four have been, in fact, forced into a deal with the Metarexmon and their leader, Dark Oakmon, eight years ago and that Yuffie has a Metarexmon symbol tattoo on her left shoulder. Betrayed at first, Team Bandicoot and Coronamon, after escaping with the Clear Gems and last Crystal, re-encounter Team Purple and Lunamon, having made a discovery behind the truth of the deal. Yuffie and the Fearsome Four made a deal with the Metarexmon that if they can collect 10,000,000 Magic Gems for them and have them manufactured into giving healing abilities, they will let their home dimension go free with no Dimension Egg stolen whatsoever. However, unknown to Yuffie and the Fearsome Four, Dark Oakmon and the Metarexmon had no intention of keeping the deal with them, for they are actually manufacturing the Magic Gems into a powerful weapon that can destroy a dimension with one blast. After the discovery, Team Bandicoot and Coronamon, after parting ways with Team Purple and Lunamon, warn Yuffie and the Fearsome Four about Dark Oakmon and the Metarexmon's lies, but, despite being shocked at the truth, Yuffie and the Fearsome Four refused to believe them at first and making them run off to confront the Metarexmon. Upon confronting them on the lies, Yuffie and the Fearsome Four soon realize Team Bandicoot and Coronamon were right when Dark Oakmon and the Metarexmon reveals the weapon they're building, having planned on destroying their dimension with it, causing Yuffie and the Fearsome Four to try and warn their home dimension of the impending destruction. After Yuffie and the Fearsome Four warned their dimension's civilians about it and tried to get them to evacuate, the civilians, however, decide to fight the Metarexmon to the death for their home instead. Despite Yuffie and the Fearsome Four's pleads, the civilians head off to fight the Metarexmon. Upset that they'll lose their home and even the civilians, Yuffie and the Fearsome Four wallow into hopelessness. In the end, Team Bandicoot and Coronamon approach them, having witnessed everything from the warning to the five being upset. (Cortex and his goons don't appear in this episode)

Season 4 Episode 8: Real or Fake Gems

Plot: After Team Bandicoot and Coronamon convinces Yuffie and the Fearsome Four to confess on why they were forced into the deal in the first place, Yuffie and the Fearsome Four come clean by revealing that they did this to avenge the murder of Yuffie's mother and the Fearsome Four's families. Understanding now that the motive is out as Yuffie and the Fearsome Four breaks down, having lost hope for their home and its civilians, Team Bandicoot and Coronamon brings hope back to them by convincing them to help them fight against Dark Oakmon and the Metarexmon instead, believing that this will avenge Yuffie's mother and the Fearsome Four's families. Going into the Metarexmon's base, Team Bandicoot, Coronamon, Yuffie, and the Fearsome Four arrive in time to see Team Purple and Lunamon preventing the civilians into fighting the Metarexmon alone. But then after Cortex and his goons, Gnasty Gnorc, Ripto, Malefor, and their army arrive to attack, the Metarexmon blows up part of the base, separating Crash, Cale, Hollyanna, Lunamon, Coronamon, Yuffie, and the Fearsome Four and even Cortex and the Komodo Brothers from everyone. After recovering, they see Yuffie's Metarexmon tattoo has been scratched up from the fall and Lunamon bandages her. As they search for our heroes and the enemies, Crash's group discover a small Metarexmon Factory building fake Clear Gems to help them in the search for the real ones, and the outcome upon their discovery, Crash's group attack the base, destroy the fake Clear Gems, and escape. Upon reuniting with everyone else, Hollyanna got captured by Yellow Zelkovamon and was about to be killed by him when Yuffie and the Fearsome Four, with Cale, Crash, Coronamon, Spyro, Noah, and Lunamon's help, rescue her and fight Yellow Zelkovamon. In the end, the heroes activate a time bomb onto the base to blow it up in ten minutes and after the civilians escape with Team Purple and Lunamon while the enemies escape, Team Bandicoot, Coronamon, Yuffie, and the Fearsome Four confront Dark Oakmon and the Metarexmon just when they were about to escape.

Season 4 Episode 9: A Metarexmon Melee

Plot: After temporally defeating the Metarexmon despite a difficult fight with Crash and Sombra in their Super forms, Team Bandicoot, Coronamon, Yuffie, and the Fearsome Four escape the base before it blows up. Learning that Dark Oakmon and his generals, Yellow Zelkovamon, Red Pinemon, Black Narcissusmon, and Pale Bayleafmon, have escaped the explosion, Team Bandicoot and Coronamon decide to go after them and defeat them after they rest at Yuffie and the Fearsome Four's dimension, which is now free from the Metarexmon's control. During their stay, Team Bandicoot and Coronamon hangs around, having fun with everyone, and Yuffie's Metarexmon tattoo is surgically removed. In the end, Yuffie and the Fearsome Four, decide to join Team Bandicoot and Coronamon on their mission to save the dimensions instead of staying put in their dimension, to which they and the dimension agrees, and then Team Bandicoot and Coronamon, including Yuffie and the Fearsome Four, leave with supplies in tow and parted ways with Team Purple and Lunamon again. (Cortex and his goons only appear at the end of this episode)

Season 4 Episode 10: The Ultimate Teasing Test

Plot: After Coronamon, having his trust in Team Bandicoot stronger since the adventure, reveals that his and Lunamon's Digimon tribe have somehow disappeared during an alien invasion in their dimension called the Digital World, Team Bandicoot agrees to help him solve the mystery. Elsewhere, Cortex and his goons discover the Metarexmon's base and, upon meeting up with Gnasty Gnorc, Ripto, Malefor, and their army, decides to come up with a plan to keep the Metarexmon off of their tails. Black Narcissusmon, meanwhile, makes his plan to the Metarexmon, having been inspired by Crash's Super form to take advantage of the bandicoot's powers. He then lures Coronamon and Lunamon into a trap, claiming that he will reveal the truth about the alien invasion on the Digital World. Despite being aware that it's a trap, Coronamon decides to go for it and asks Cale and Hollyanna to accompany him in case of an ambush. As they go there, Derek and Diana stow away to help them. Upon arrival, they meet up with Lunamon, Noah, and Megan and meets up with Black Narcissusmon, who then reveals that the Digimon were wiped out by an alien menace called the Aparoids and that only Coronamon and Lunamon were spared from the destruction. Then when he asks Coronamon and Lunamon to reveal their secret on how they survived the attack, Cale's group refuse and then, Black Narcissusmon ambushes them and just when Cale's group escape, they get captured when Cale and Noah gets injured by Black Narcissusmon while Derek and Diana reluctantly escapes alone. Learning of Cale's group's capture from Derek and Diana, Crash and Spyro arrive at the base and confront Black Narcissusmon with Derek and Diana. But Black Narcissusmon, after revealing Cale's group imprisoned in an exploding capsule, forces Crash and Spyro into fighting two Metarexmon prototypes with their powers by seemingly killing Cale's group with the exploding capsule first, then infecting Crash and Spyro with two last Shadow Viruses, and tying and gagged Derek and Diana to prevent them from stopping Crash and Spyro. And when Crash and Spyro became corrupted by the darkness upon defeating the Metarexmon prototypes with their corrupted powers, Cortex and his goons and even Gnasy Gnorc, Ripto, Malefor, and their army, having caught wind of Black Narcissusmon's trap, foils Black Narcissusmon's trap by freeing Derek and Diana and revealing the truth behind the trap; Cale's group, after being shown in the capsule to Crash, Spyro, Derek, and Diana, were actually stored away inside a chamber to slowly die from lack of oxygen while the other capsule explodes with robot replicas of Cale's group, and then with Team Bandicoot and Team Purple's help, freed Cale's group. After they all meet up once the explanation is over, they return Crash and Spyro to normal by having Coronamon and Lunamon shoot rays of light into their hearts, killing the last two Shadow Viruses, making them extinct. In the end, Crash and Spyro, after escaping with the heroes while the enemies stay behind to negotiate with the Metarexmon, become shocked on becoming monsters by the darkness.

Season 4 Episode 11: Tea Time

Plot: Despite Crash and Spyro vowing to never fight with their powers again because of what they did in their dark forms in the last episode, Team Bandicoot, Team Purple, Coronamon, and Lunamon convince them to take a vacation at the Land of Milk and Cookies. Once there, they befriend the Cookie King, Cookie Queen, and their inhabitants, and help Crash and Spyro overcome their fear of fighting with their powers again by helping them locate the English Breakfast Tea of Truth and Confetti Cake of Truth. Meanwhile, Cortex and his goons, Gnasty Gnorc, Ripto, Malefor, and their army, having made a deal with the Metarexmon, decide to go after our heroes by sending Red Pinemon and his army to attack. With our heroes, Crash and Spyro successfully find the English Breakfast Tea of Truth and Confetti Cake of Truth and learn that they must drink the whole cups and eat two whole slices in order to uncover the truth that lead to their fears. They do so and through a vision, realized about the last two Shadow Viruses from the last episode that made them dark formed, and after the vision ended, Crash and Spyro, now refilled with confidence to fight with their powers, manage to go to everyone's rescue and defeat Red Pinemon and his army. In the end upon Red Pinemon's death, our heroes, after curing Red Pinemon back to Wizardmon, the Digital World's shaman who Coronamon and Lunamon know, with Coronamon and Lunamon's powerful light blasts as a more powerful antidote, soon learn that their enemies have made a deal with the Metarexmon to help them defeat the Metarexmon secretly.

Season 4 Episode 12: The Truth of the Metarexmon

Plot: While resting from their last battle, Wizardmon reveals to our heroes that the Aparoids are the real enemy and that the reason the Digimon were wiped out was because the Aparoids, like a virus, have infected the Digimon and turned them into the Metarexmon upon complete assimilation on them. Then he reveals that the light antidote makes whoever was infected permanently immune to the Aparoids once cured. Then he revealed that Yellow Zelkovamon, Pale Bayleafmon, Black Narcissusmon, and Dark Oakmon are, in fact, Ogremon, Sakuyamon, Dukemon, and Leomon, infected by the Aparoids respectively, and that Coronamon and Lunamon have been, too, infected, but the reason they are not assimilated by the Aparoids, is because they have pure hearts of light. They were born with that special power because Coronamon's parents, Leomon and Sakuyamon, and Lunamon's parents, Apollomon and Dianamon, have been blessed with the power of the light when Leomon and Apollomon risked their lives to save Sakuyamon and Dianamon from the Aparoids with a Light Crystal which then infused into Coronamon and Lunamon's bodies when Sakuyamon and Dianamon were pregnant with them. And when Coronamon and Lunamon were born, they soon have the power of light that can easily cure an assimilated victim and make them immune to the Aparoids, hence why Megavolt and Crunch were not infected later on when Coronamon accidentally shot some rays of light at them back in Yuffie and the Fearsome Four's home dimension. In the end, once all is revealed, Tykoon, Skabb, Scratch, and Sniff arrive and revealed that the Metarexmon have discovered Cortex and his goons, Gnasty Gnorc, Ripto, Malefor, and their army's deceit towards them and have imprisoned them.

Season 4 Episode 13: The Big Break-Out

Plot: Our heroes, now knowing of their enemies' capture, decide to go to their rescue. After they trick the Metarexmon into fighting each other with light-like illusions created by Team Purple and Lunamon, Team Bandicoot and Coronamon manage to break in the base to find their enemies. Upon finding their enemies imprisoned in a cell, Team Bandicoot and Coronamon got ready to bust them out when Yellow Zelkovamon and Pale Bayleafmon attacks. But thankfully, Coronamon manages to cure Yellow Zelkovamon and Pale Bayleafmon back to Ogremon and Sakuyamon, personality-wise. After freeing their enemies with Ogremon and Sakuyamon's help, Team Bandicoot and Coronamon meets up with Team Purple and Lunamon and with both Coronamon and Lunamon's light powers, completely cures Ogremon and Sakuyamon from the Aparoids. Then in the end when Dark Oakmon and Black Narcissusmon attacks, Coronamon and Lunamon manage to cure them as well, changing them back to Leomon and Dukemon and they escape the Aparoids after curing all the Metarexmon back to their original Digimon forms.

Season 4 Episode 14: Army of Light

Plot: Discovering that the Aparoids can all be destroyed at once by apoptosis by blowing up a bomb within the Aparoid Queen, our heroes and the enemies decide to infiltrate the Aparoid homeworld. After arriving at the dimensional gate, our heroes and their enemies discover some Aparoids have attacked there already and infected the base. After defeating the Aparoids, our heroes and their enemies manage to cure the base with Coronamon and Lunamon's light and then go through the portal to the Aparoid homeworld's location. Once there, they destroy the beacons to open the way to the Aparoid Queen. In the end, Team Purple and Lunamon manage to crash their ship, the Purple Ryu, onto the doorway leading to the Aparoid Queen, sacrificing their ship into blowing up in the process while Team Purple and Lunamon retreat to the Red Typhoon.

Season 4 Episode 15: Two Fearless Friends

Plot: After fighting through obstacles to get to the Aparoid Queen thanks to their enemies distracting them, our heroes finally arrive and the Aparoid Queen tries to trick them through illusions of people she infected by memory into not fighting back. But luckily, our heroes don't fall for it and destroyed the Aparoid Queen's armor and her eggs and egg sac to prevent more Aparoids from hatching. Then they shoot the bomb into the Aparoid Queen's body and the Aparoid Queen attempts to antibody herself from the bomb. After escaping the Aparoid homeworld, our heroes and their enemies reunite and tries slowing down the antibody process, but to no avail. Seeing no other choice because they, too, are infected, Coronamon and Lunamon then power up with their light powers and stops the antibody process by fusing with the Aparoid Queen's body, freezing her movements. In the end, our heroes, despite Coco and Cynder breaking down and refusing to fire the Red Typhoon's cannon at them because Coronamon and Lunamon are their friends, end up firing the cannon at the Aparoid Queen to activate the bomb.

Season 4 Episode 16: So Long Crash

Plot: After the Aparoid Queen and the Aparoids are all wiped out by the bomb's apoptosis explosions, our heroes manage to rescue Coronamon and Lunamon's freed, but lifeless, bodies from the light's implosion. After trying many attempts to revive Coronamon and Lunamon, our heroes soon cries for them and their tears of light miraculously revive Coronamon and Lunamon back to life. Then they noticed that their enemies have escaped around the time of the Aparoids' extinction. After parting ways with Team Purple, Yuffie, the Fearsome Four, Digimon, and Baby T, Team Bandicoot return to the Wumpa Islands to find that the Dimension Egg has restored its floral life again. In the end, after celebrating a bit, Cale, Hollyanna, Derek, and Diana bid Team Bandicoot goodbye and with the Clear Gems and Crystals, returned home to their world, back as adults, a teenager, and a tween again, while Cortex and his goons resume their evil work to try and defeat Crash, Coco, and their friends and family, with Crash, Coco, and their friends and family off to stop them as usual.
