(One day in the Wumpa Islands at the bandicoots' house, Crash, Coco, Tawna and Crunch are chilling in the house with Crash playing some Crash Team Racing on PlayStation, Coco taking care of the pets and Crunch and Tawna looking on the internet in a laptop as Aku Aku watches over his team to see how the family is doing)
- Aku Aku: Ah. What a peaceful life in the Wumpa Islands.
- Crash: *play Crash Team Racing by racing in Crash Cove* Wahoo!
- Coco: *pet Polar and Pura* You guys are good to be safe and taken care of. No one is gonna hurt you.
- Polar: Ah.
- Pura: Meow.
- Baby T.: Rawr!
- Crunch: Man, I wonder what's on the internet today.
- Tawna: Talk about a lot of cool topics in the industry.
- Crunch: I like the fun part when we talk about video games.
- Tawna: And movies. Sometimes. One day Crash, you are going to get a feature film.

- Crunch: Crash Team Rumble is in a month and I'm excited!
- Tawna: This game is gonna rumble through our controllers.
- Crunch: I hope I appear in the game as a playable.

- Aku Aku: We are very sorry for the passing of Brendan O'Brien. How could this happen?
- Crunch: Natural causes? Cancer? The flu? Any sickness that killed him?
- Tawna: We don't know what lies on the death of Brendan O'Brien. All I heard that he was the original voice of Crash Bandicoot and for providing various other character voices for the Crash Bandicoot video games during the Naughty Dog years. He also performed additional voices for the animated series adaptation of Spawn and Ralph Bakshi's Spicy City. He has also acted in several live action television shows such as Candid Camera and The Amazing Live Sea-Monkeys.
- Coco: Oh my. So he was a voice actor and regular actor the whole time.
- Crunch: It is sad to see him go at the age of 60.
- Tawna: It's really sad.

(At night in the Wumpa Islands, a funeral is held for Brendan O'Brien as Crash and his friends, including enemies like Dr. Neo Cortex particplate in the funeral with Catbat standing on his platform to provide his speech while paying respects)
- Catbat: When the original Crash Bandicoot came out in 1996, the world was crazy for it. They love it like it's a competitor to the video game industry in likes of Mario and Sonic. Brendan O'Brien was a great Crash Bandicoot and the first voice actor to play the ticular bandicoot in all of gaming history.
- Coco: He was great.
- Crunch: He was cool.
- Tawna: He was fantastic.
- Cortex: I have been humiliated as always.
- N. Gin: This is horrible.
