(One day in the Wumpa Islands at the Bandicoots' house, Crash and his family chill out as they eat some blueberry pancakes together with strawberry muffins to eat on the side)

Crash: Ah ha! *eat a pancake*
Coco: Yeah! Enjoy these pancakes by friends.
Crunch: The best of both worlds, baby. *eat a muffin*
Tawna: Mmm mmm mmm. Could have gotten a Wumpa flavor if they ever made one. *eat a muffin*
Aku Aku: Made with a lot of love and sugar.
Polar: Ah. *eat a muffin*
Pura: Aw. *eat a muffin*
Crash: He he.
Coco: I know what you mean, Crash.
Crunch: Heh heh heh. This is the stuff. If you put syrup on your pancakes, it'll taste even better.
Tawna: Those treats never fail to miss and impress us.
Aku Aku: Like never ever.
Cortex: *show up with his friends* Guys, bad news!
Crash: Aah!
Coco: Dr. Neo Cortex!
Crunch: Disturbing our breakfast time?!
Cortex: Wait, I can explain!
Tawna: There's no time to waste and we must rumble to take these guys down.
Cortex: Stop! Don't hit me!
Aku Aku: Why are you sneaking on us when we just started the day?
Cortex: You guys are not listening to me! I was going to tell you the bad news that Crash Team Rumble is closing!
Coco: Ha! Nice try Cortex. It must be one of your tricks to fool us like a mad scientist.
Cortex: No, I mean it! The game is ending support which means the next update after the third season is the last one!
Everyone: *shocked* Oh!
Crash: *worried* Whoa!
Aku Aku: No no no no no. Is it true that Crash Team Rumble is coming to an end?
Uka Uka: Yes brother. The game is ending support.
Aku Aku: This is terrible. How could this be?
N. Brio: Earlier at the end of 2023, Microsoft laid off many employees at Activision, Blizzard and Toys for Bob which cut many jobs.
Coco: Oh no. So that's why they laid off the whole team.
N. Gin: Not just the team. The Toys for Bob workers were effected and some lost their jobs and some isolated to work at home remotely as the offices close down.
Coco: No! This isn't true. Tell me it isn't true.
N. Gin: It is true. The offices are gone. Forever.
Crunch: Oh no. So this is why they didn't have enough employees working on the next season which is why they have to cut all the content for the game.
Tawna: We were going to get a lot of characters and a lot of features until everything went down the hill.
Dingodile: Aw man. Everything's going to the cutting room floor!
N. Tropy: And I was going to appear in the game despite being in the Crash Team Rumble McDonald's Happy Meal Toys and oof! I was scrapped!
Cortex: Ouch! I am very sorry for you N. Tropy. At least, your female counterpart did appear in the game.
N. Tropy: Why wasn't I invited in the first place?
N. Brio: Well good news. I heard that Toys for Bob went indie. Which means, they have became an independent studio now, meaning they are free to amke whatever games they want.
Crash: *amazed* Ooh!
Coco: Amazing! They are now free from Activision!
Crunch: I guess Crash Team Rumble is the last game published as a Activision studio.
Tawna: Who knows what their next game would be at the studio.
N. Brio: We'll have to find out!
Cortex: For a moment of silence, a funeral for Crash Team Rumble will be held tonight.
Coco: We'll be going.
Tawna: It's gonna be a sad one, isn't it?

(At the funeral, Crash and his friends are joined as Catbat present the funeral for everyone watching as they mourn Crash Team Rumble in the grave)

Catbat: We are gathered today for the funeral of Crash Team Rumble. It was a fun multiplayer battle game where we compete with each other, win games and earn many prizes. In development, it was Wumpa League before being cancelled and reworked into a whole different project like Team Rumble. There were so many ideas and characters that would have been in the game before everything was scrapped and went to the cutting room floor. We will miss this time as the post-content update will only include new items to unlock and no battle pass is required.
Crash: *sad* Aw.
Coco: We played everywhere around the world.
Crunch: It was fun while it lasted.
Tawna: My alternate counterpart was the best that came out of the game.
Cortex: My skins were amazing.
N. Brio: I grow strong and beat many enemies as I want.
N. Gin: It was good beating in party mode.
Ripper Roo: *cries* Hoo hoo hoo.
Nina: I was going to be in the game until I was left out.
Pinstripe: Me too! It's a shame!
Tiny: Tiny is sad!
Female N. Tropy: We could have gotten the Wumpa League one and see how well that game can go.
Papu Papu: Papu was sad when Team Rumble lasted for three seasons. It's no fair.
Uka Uka: Fighting the bosses were the best part about the game.
Ripto: Crashing the party in season 2 was a smart move. I even got my own comic as a whole to promote the season.
Spyro: I was all fired up when I appeared in the last season of Crash Team Rumble.
Elora: It was fun meeting you guys while it lasted.
Sparx: Ooh.
Catbat: Until then, we will say goodbye to Crash Team Rumble and we will miss this game forever as we wish the best of luck to Toys for Bob to run as a indie studio.
Crash: *depressed* Aw.
Coco: We wish Toys for Bob some good luck to make some games as a indie studio.
Crunch: Their future is long ahead of the gaming industry.
Tawna: Once a studio, always a studio.
Aku Aku: The game lives on forever.
Crash: Aw. *mourn*
