Aboard Commander Charvanek's flagship, the ChR Memenda, Commander Spock said "I cannot allow the captain to be further destroyed. I say now that Captain Kirk ordered the Enterprise across the Neutral Zone on his own initiative and his craving for glory."
Getting angry, Captain Kirk said "That's a lie!"
Spock said "He is not sane."
The Romulan guards grabbed Kirk and restrained him. Kirk said "You filthy liar! You filthy traitor! I'll kill you!" The Romulans took Kirk to the brig.
