City view
Cross World City is the hometown of VR Troopers; every episode took place there. It is known as such since it's the closest city that crosses over to virtual reality where Grimlord rules.

Cross World City is the main location of the crossover, aside from being in virtual reality. Like usual, Karl's the megalomaniacal millionaire who transforms into Grimlord and rules all of virtual reality. Ryan, Kaitlin, JB, and in this case, Chita defend the city and virtual reality from his invasions, even being mugged by Skugs. Galileo, Tao, and Tyler aid them indirectly, Prof. Horatio Hart along with his lab was decimated by a sudden ambush by Col. Icebot and Gen. Ivar. The Mutant League contact the heroes from time to time from virtual reality, especially the General. Chita was the one who met them as she played the Genesis game, and Ling Yu became another resident from Japan. As Ziktor Industries was being infiltrated, Bones Jackson and Gangrene crossed over from virtual reality for a short while. By the time the war was over and Grimlord was forever defeated, the Troopers finally settled and had kids born there including Taylor, Suri, Katie and Jerome. Like the professor, Tao and Jeb eventually passed away there, and Chita moved to its neighboring town, Hill Valley, though she had a chance to visit after 15 years.
