This was the facility and graduate school for robot/cyborg technology for the Galaxy Police. It was a top-secret location, complete with multiple cameras, a heavy surveillance system, and eyeball scanners. Dr. Stewart used to do robotic research there before he was enlisted in the Task Force, and was able to save Jody with cybernetic implants after the fatal shootout by Zoda in Mute City five years ago, which also killed her brother, Andy. It was first shown during the anime episode, Chain Reaction, when Stewart summoned Rick to visit hours after the chain-reaction crash as the Dragon Bird meant to hit Zoda, but the White Cat was caught on impact! He found out that Jody's half-human and can't recover at a normal hospital.
Jody then shown Rick the outskirts, discussing they must focus on the good things in life, not just have a desire for payback, and must destroy Dark Million itself. It was shown a short time in the next episode, Double Jeopardy.
Ikran's F-Zero timeline[]
It did make its debut as Rick was discussing with Tinsel at Memory Park of Jody's welfare in the first Lap of A Trilogy of Tension. This also became a place for refuge after Rodney's medical team got ransacked by Dark Million after the Death Wind semifinals. Rodney and Tanaka both recovered there thanks to Rick's new thermal healing abilities, as the formula was confiscated by Dr. Stewart himself.
