Danielle is a tertiary heroine in the Rankin/Bass animated movie, The Flight of Dragons, which was loosely based on the book The Dragon and the George. A skilled archer, Danielle joined up with Sir Orrin Neville Smythe, Aragh and Giles, (and later with Peter Dickison and Smrgol) in order to survive the magical world inhabited by demonic creatures and wizards. She assists her friends in the fight against Ommadon during the events of the movie and book.
