David Bowie, birth name David Robert Jones, was an English singer and actor. He first gained fame with his song "Space Oddity" and later went on to release several more hits such as "Heroes", "Starman", "Let's Dance", "Life On Mars", "Absolute Beginners", "Changes", "Under Pressure" (a duet with Queen), "Ashes to Ashes" and "Scary Monsters (And Super Creeps)". He also acted in a number of films, most notably Labyrinth and The Last Temptation of Christ. He died in January 2016.
