It's believed it's just a portion of the planet Tortiz 3, rather than just a planet, and maybe be a neighboring location to Devil's Forest and at the opposing side of Green Plant.
Of course, it was the fourth round of the Knight League, complete with the lethal weather and tricky curves. It was even worse as the second round in the King League! Although Tinsel resigned as a pilot by then.
Still it was mentioned several times to be the home for Pico and the nefarious Poripoto Army, even by Tinsel herself. Especially during the GPL semifinals! She was able to master the Booster Fire technique, and Rick enlisted Goroh for assistance, but only he, Falcon, she, Miss Killer and Gomar & Shioh advanced to the Championship. Still, it was a brutal competition, even against the elements and the aggression done by Pico, Tanaka, and Luna Ryder especially with her Moon Fire!
