Dino Girl is the adopted daughter of Super Soldier Girl & The Brawler and the adopted older sister to Kid Brawler. She is a dilophosaurus from the Jurassic Park universe that became intelligent (and animated) after eating Captain Neweyes' Brain Grain cereal.
