This cosmetic doctor is a doctor who helped Abdul Hakim.
Hakim had the doctor perform plastic surgery on him to change his appearance, then beat him up and left without paying. The doctor then talked to Spike Spiegel and gave him information when Hakim incurred a bounty, asking him to beat him up for him.
The doctor was later approached by Spike and Jet Black for medical aid when Jet was shot by a Red Dragon crime syndicate member in the Loser Bar. The doctor assured him he knew nothing about what they were talking about, only that he was treating stray cats.
Recessional of the Red Dragons[]
He was only credited as Doc in the story, and he was first seen attending Trudy after the brutal fight with Spike, with Jet beside him. He implored Doc to evacuate Mars since there was a war involving the Red Dragons within 72 hrs, according to Spike's warning. He assured he'll leave soon, though he pretty much stayed in Tharsis. He was also mentioned he gave Spike the prognosis of epilepsy from the cerebral damage done by Vicious' volatile blood inserted in him. He said he should take a small cocktail of pills to relieve the symptoms, including brief periods of unconsciousness and hallucinations, or any sporadic behavior.
