Doctor Doctor's Gengar is a regularly-occuring OC in the Voltaliaverse.
Gengar with his love Misdreavus.
He has been one of her favorite Pokemon for years alongside his girlfriend and later wife, Misdreavus (later evolving into Mismagius).
Backstory[]
Gengar and his lover, then a Misdreavus, first met Doctor Doctor when she graduated from the School for the Chronically Gifted. This was during nighttime in an empty street. The two Pokemon lovers were about to face permanent separation when the young Lillith Eastwood decided that instead of capturing one of the Ghost Pokemon, she would capture both of them.
