(At the End of Time, we see a colosseum full of variants of Kang the Conqueror with statues of Kang placed up on the top as various Kangs started coming in through Time Platforms as the leaders discuss about what happen to the exiled one)

Rama-Tut: So, the exiled one is dead. You're sure he's dead?
Scarlet Centurion: If it wasn't true, I wouldn't call you.
Rama-Tut: Must really eat you up that you're not the one who killed him.
Immortus: None of us killed him. They did. They're beginning to touch the Multiverse. *see the doors open the Multiverse* And if we let them, they will take everything we've built. So let's stop wasting time. We're late. *walk toward the colosseum as the doors close*
Scarlet Centurion: *question Immortus* How many did you call?
Immortus: All of us. *see a bunch of Kangs showing up as he walk through the stairs to make a speech* Greetings! Council of Kangs! We have an important congregation to make. The Exiled One has been dead. Kang the Conqueror has died in the hands of a tiny Avenger. The Multiverse is starting to touch our ideas and use them as a culprit to destroy our worlds for inclusion. The lines are bumping each other for destruction. The Avengers must be stopped! We will take over the Multiverse for all of its cost and take everything they love. We cannot stay and do nothing. We must act and take action. Now!

(A green portal open up in front of the Kangs, confusing them with a shock and frown on their faces as a mystery villain with a grey mask, a armor suit with a green cloak show up to confront the Council of Kangs)

Doctor Doom: Well, well, well. What do we have in here?
Immortus: Who, are you?
Doctor Doom: Let's just say. I am just a man who want to look at your technology.
Rama-Tut: What kind of Kang are you? A scientist?
Doctor Doom: I am not one of you. I'm just a man looking for time.
Scarlet Centurion: You don't belong here.
Immortus: What do you want?
Doctor Doom: You seem to seek your doom. Doomsday is upon us and your dynasty is falling apart. Think about the heroes that take everything away from you. When they take it, they rule it. They can steal everything you love which lead you to pain, hate, and darkness!
Immortus: We all have a bit of a rough dark past. We were all fought with hatred which lead to destruction of our worlds. You aren't aware of the timeline being split up into multiple pieces, are you?
Doctor Doom: No. But thank you for asking. *gleam his eyes as he glow his hands*
Rama-Tut: What are you doing?
Scarlet Centurion: He's no Avenger. Stand back!
Immortus: Do we have a deal? We can rule the Multiverse together and stop what we're looking for.
Doctor Doom: You have a bit of a culture here, lord. Say, you're the one trying to rule a bunch of lines, are you?
Immortus: Yes. Me and my council are trying to tear up time before the rest of the heroes do. It's not fun as what you think. You keep doing the same things, you get the same score.
Doctor Doom: You know me. I am Doom the Destroyer. I have broken worlds to taunt you. I have shattered universes to mock you. I have taken what is yours and made it mine.
Immortus: You take ours, I'll take yours without a doubt.
Doctor Doom: Every time I have looked into the future, that is what I have seen. Every time but one. In one possible future mankind becomes united. Cures for all diseases are found. Global conflict ends. Hunger is abolished. Education is universal. And no one goes without. In that world, there are laws. To break even the slightest of these is to suffer immediate and terminal punishment. ... Ten thousand futures have I looked at. A hundred thousand. And in only one does mankind finally unite, and flourish...and survive. Only one. Doomworld! *plasma blast at the Kangs*
Immortus: Intruder!
Rama-Tut: Kill him!
Scarlet Centurion: *fight Doom* Ha!
Doctor Doom: *punch and kick Scarlet Centurion* You're no match for me.
Scarlet Centurion: Give up your words. *dash and punch Doom many times and lightning strike at Doom as well beating him up*
Doctor Doom: *charge at Scarlet Centurion by killing him* Grrraaa!
Rama-Tut: *hit his staff* Bow no mercy to the wrath of Rama-Tut! *fight Doom*
Doctor Doom: *use the force to crush some Kang statues by killing them on the seats and punch Rama-Tut* Bow down before me, for I am the master of the world!
Rama-Tut: *throw his staff at Doom* Ha!
Doctor Doom: *hold Rama-Tut's staff* Doom has no rivals! *throw the staff to Rama-Tut by killing him* None!
Mister Gryphon: Stop! What are you doing?! You cannot go killing thousands of selves like that. You're tearing the program apart.
Doctor Doom: That's none of your business. *choke Mister Gryphon and throw him on the wall*
Immortus: Get out of my stadium!
Doctor Doom: Only Doom dares to dream! All others serve! *fight Immortus*
Immortus: *thunderclap at Doom and blast him* Weakling.
Doctor Doom: *power blast at more Kangs and dash to punch Immortus* You're a disgraced time lord.
Immortus: *use telekinesis to destroy some rocks and throw them at Doctor Doom* Eat, this!
Doctor Doom: *use the force field to block the rocks and plasma blast at the whole stadium* Mmm.
Immortus: *burn* No! What have you done?!
Doctor Doom: You... are... doomed! *dash and kill Immortus as he gleam and explode the whole stadium*

(The whole stadium explode by killing the Council of Kangs and destroying their homeworld as Doctor Doom walk into the ruins with dead bodies on the ground as well standing on a Kang head statue while holding their technologies and using them to create devices to track down the Sacred Timeline where the Avengers reside through a hologram)

Doctor Doom: Every villain is a hero in their own mind. The greatest villains are the ones who believe they are doing the right thing. A villain is simply a victim whose story hasn't been told. Behind every villain lies a broken heart. Destiny has arrived. Fun is over, but doomsday has just begun. The devour of worlds will soon doom them away. I will be coming for you. No matter who you are, you're fate has been sealed. *his eyes gleam, beginning his campaign to take over the Multiverse*

The short is based on theories of how Avengers: Doomsday would start with Doctor Doom wiping out the Council of Kangs in wake of Avengers: The Kang Dynasty being renamed/scrapped following Jonathan Majors' firing at Marvel Studios in December 2023 due to his legal issues after being found guilty of two misdemeanor counts of assault and harassment.
