Dr. Brief (ブリーフ博士 'Burīfu Hakase') is an elderly, brilliant, and eccentric scientist. He is the founder of Capsule Corporation, the father of Tights and Bulma, and the maternal grandfather of Trunks and Bulla. Dr. Brief is also one of the smartest and richest men in the world. He lives in West City with his wife and their many pets.
The Mikado Saga[]
He was only seen in the Mikado Saga when Sion and Dominique were visiting Capsule Corp. He showed them the rounds, including the atrium in where all his pets were seen, as well as his lab where his pride and joy is. He also gave them some quick refreshments before the operation, he was fascinated on Dominique being an android, and Sion was intrigued as he graduated from West City College's Department of Science and Engineering, where his major was physical science. Hence becoming Master Mikado's/Dauragon's rival in the business! If it wasn't for the DinoCaps, Capsule Corp could've been bankrupt. He and Bulma started the tedious operation rearranging Dominique's coding/wiring, preventing her on going berserk and use her fighting prowess more properly. They succeeded, and even accepted Wong in, and he adored Sion's love for the android.
