Dragonair (Japanese: ハクリュ Hakuryuu) is a Dragon-type Pokémon introduced in Generation I.

Dragonair was the mom of baby Dratini, and she was very protective both on land and air.

Dragonair was owned by the Kanto Champion, Mary. Dragonair was the most powerful Pokémon she owned, and she NEVER wanted to evolve her into a Dragonite. Diadem was certainly versatile, till she reached the frigid Olympus Mons. However, she was able to control some of the weather, including causing mists for ambushes.

Dragonair evolved from Dratini after several years and functioned well as she assisted Link and Zelda II in the Water Temple; she's also one of the rare Dragonairs that can actually fly! Due that it couldn't stand the heat for long, she wasn't much use in the Pokemon/Gerudo Army.
