Empyrean Colony (ラピュタン コロニー; Laputan Colony). Real estate companies and government began to recruit space colonists to search for a place to develop a project called "Empyrean Colony", which constists on a floating city and would solve two main problems: the lack of living places and the overgrowing population. After investing great amounts of money, a planet was chosen to house this project, but after years of trials and errors, it barely did approve all the tests, discouraging everyone to continue researching.
It has appeared as the third track in the Pawn Cup and the third track in the Queen Cup.

It wasn't raced thru, although it was revealed that an alien named PJ once lived there. Developing projects were halted since Dark Million's fatal criminality, as well as a few robo-terrorists who had wired a train set to blow up half of the metropolis. Only two of the three women escaped the incident, and it left PJ homeless, soon after he was relieved from the Galaxy Cab company. Luckily, he found a new home at Tinsel's old flat in Mute City.
