Energy Rays are manta rays that are made of eletricity.
Powers and Abilites[]
Energy Rays can shoot massive amounts of electricity out of the tips of their wings. In water, they're nearly unstopable due to water being an exellent conductor.

An energy ray's energy is no good against insolators, such as wood or rubber. To keep making electricity, they have to keep their skins moist, so they have to return to the water every 2-3 days.
