"Geass User. Lelouch vi Britannia" (ギアスユーザー。ルルーシュ・ヴィ・ブリタニア, Giasu Yūsā. Rurūshu Vi Buritania) is the seventy-ninth episode of Flame Icejin: The New Frontier, and the Season Four premiere.

Continuing from the events of the previous episode and season, the young boy, Lelouch vi Britannia, has unexpectedly landed in front of the Torrentuff Animals. He wonders where he is. Frieza Cold and Hisui Diamond inform him that he is in the City of Townsville. Lelouch quickly recognizes both Brian and Vinny Griffin, but notices a familiarity in Stu. Frieza wonders why Lelouch knows the Griffin dogs. Lelouch answers that Brian taught him how to use his Geass, and to keep it under control, so it wouldn't get under the effect of Geass Runaway. The others, except for Brian, Vinny, Stu, Hisui and Link, don't understand what Geass or Geass Runaway are. Brian and Vinny explain what Geass is to the TTA...

Geass is a mysterious ability that manifests almost uniquely in each individual. It is represented in the form of a pink sigil, and is extremely powerful. Lelouch's Geass is the ability to give complete obedience to anyone he makes eye contact with. However, he can't use it on a person, animal or alien more than once. Neither Brian nor Vinny have ever used Geass, but have heard about it.

Lelouch demonstrates using his Geass on a common squirrel to give him an acorn. The squirrel does so, and Lelouch puts it in his shirt pocket. Lelouch uses his Geass again on the same squirrel, ordering it to give him an apple. The squirrel is confused, and it retreats back to its tree hole.

Now the two dogs explain the effects of Geass Runaway. It is an effect in which the Geass user overuses their Geass so much, the Geass remains permanently active. Luckily, Brian taught Lelouch very well, so his Geass wouldn't be affected.

Lelouch ends the lecture soon, because he notices that something isn't right. He, Stu and the two dogs run off to investigate, and the TTA follow them...
