The Fascist Dino Army refered to as the Dino Powers is term given to the Axis Powers since they use Dinosaurs. They have they same nations as the Axis Powers in the real world and are led by the same leaders as the Axis Powers. The reason they are called the Dino Powers is because they use Dinosaurs bred for war as weapons.
