Ren Höek is a scrawny, violently psychotic "asthma-hound" Chihuahua. He appears in The Ren and Stimpy Show, Ren and Stimpy: Adult Party Cartoon, The New Adventures of Ren and Stimpy, and Ren and Stimpy Babysitter.

Ren was only seen in Hell's River Styx in the Anger ring. As Team Witness, minus Ichabod, was riding on top of Phlegyas, a monstrous chihuahua leapt out from the river and attacked the group! Gavin used his Demonslayer to knock it off!
