Falk is Masked Rider Warrior Lieutenant, one of the Masked Rider Warriors. He looked like Masked Rider Warrior Leader, but had red gloves & boots.
Falk is a young Edenoite citizen, kidnapped by the Valkyrie Empire in order to become a reconstructed human able to fight the rebel Prince Alvar, aka Masked Rider Warrior Leader. Before Valkyrie alchemists had a chance to brainwash him, Alvar appears & saves Falk's sanity. This results in the two eventually joining forces to defeat the Valkyrie Empire once & for all.
Personality[]
Falk is an optimistic Edenoite who tries to make people happy and cheerful even in the darkest moments despite his own misfortunes. Although he originally resented his cybernetic enhancements, he has nonetheless learned to live with it as he fights evil around the world.
Originally, Falk was rather naive, hot-headed, and simple in contrast to the more sharp and calm personality Alvar had. It was after some time did Falk learn to think more with his head and matured.

Originally created to best and kill the Alvar, Falk was modified to be capable of transforming via stylish hand positions to absorb wind power as opposed to Alvar's need for a outside source of wind power to charge him, becoming a more versatile fighter as a result. However, Falk was rescued by Alvar before being brainwashed, and fights against Shocker during Alvar's absence.
Like Warrior Leader, Masked Rider Warrior Lieutenant uses the power of the wind to fight. o transform by absorbing the wind by himself, creating wind-pressure against his Typhoon belt. The pressure spins the wheel in the center of his belt which then activates the micro-nuclear engine and allows him to transform.
Sometimes, Falk's helmet would take on the coloration of his old one in order to further differentiate Warrior Lieutenant from Warrior Leader.
