Ethan Watanabe is Kamen Rider OOO, the main protagonist & one of the main characters in Kamen Rider: OOO. Before Ethan Watanabe, there was a Unnamed King who had fought & sealed the Greed away.

He returned from Japan to the United States to fund for more of his travels. His latest part-time job, a security guard at the Ness Art Museum, ends due to the destruction of the museum around him due to him being drugged to sleep by some would-be robbers. Ethan takes a strange red medal, he found while off duty which he thinks is his pay. This causes a disembodied arm to begin to follow him around until the arm announces that it is called Ankh & is one of the ancient beings known as the Greed, & he needs Ethan's help to become King. When they are attacked by a monster called a Yummy, Ethan risks his life to rescue Ankh, who in return saves him & gives Ethan two more strange medals, calling them "Core Medals", & a belt, enabling Ethan to transform into the Kamen Rider OOO.
After destroying the Yummy & further encounters with the Greed, people from the Ness Foundation begin to approach Ethan, offering their assistance in the fight against the Greed & Yummy, but their true motives are not clear. He also gets a job & housing at the Cous Coussier, after the owner Daisy Stanford finds out that he is a world traveler. In the process, joined by Johnny Tolbert, Ethan learns more of the Greed's desire to become whole & the reason why Ankh is unable to assume his complete form. However, things changed when Ethan ended up becoming a host to half of a set of Purple Core Medals that react to his lack of selfish desires, the same presumed reason why he is able to use Kamen Rider OOO's powers without any sign of going berserk so far like the First Kamen Rider OOO, with dangerous consequences. Soon after, Ethan learns from James Ness, the Foundation's owner, that the only way to counteract the purple Core Coins is to acquire a desire of his own, something he is yet capable of.
Later on, he turns into the dinosaur-like Ethan Greed after absorbing two more purple Core Medals from the other Purple Greed, Kieran Leach, in a bid to make him go berserk. However, it was by then Ethan remembers his desire is to have the power to help others & later agrees to Ness's suggestion to absorb all the Cell Medals in the Ness Foundation's possession to achieve that desire. However, it does not halt Ethan's Greedification during his final battle when he uses all the Cell Medals in his body in a risky attack that fails to destroy Leach. But before Ethan undergoes his Greed transformation, Ankh gives Ethan his last three Core Medals, disappearing from Truman & allowing Ethan to transform to defeat Leach, resulting in the disappearance of the Core Medals, with the Core Medals that houses Ankh's consciousness splitting in half.
As a now-normal Ethan falls back to the Earth, Ankh appears to him as his disembodied arm, bidding his farewells, before disappearing into half of the broken Hawk Medals that once held his consciousness. Saved by Kamen Rider Genesis, receiving the other half of Blazephyr's Core Medals that Amy found, Ethan leaves the United States & resumes his journey around the world, using Ankh's/Truman's iPhone to keep in touch with his friends while trying to find a way to fix the broken Hawk Medal with a spectral Blazephyr arm following him.
Personality[]
Despite often coming off as happy-go-lucky in his personality, Ethan is actually quite strong-willed & was easily able to pick up on the fact he could use Ankh's need for him & the OOO Belt to keep the Greed in line. Another defining trait is Ethan will fight to protect anyone in need, even complete strangers & at the risk of his own life. This stemmed after his regret from not saving the little African girl he befriended during a civil war which his family fortune started. He keeps a collection of coins & almost always has pairs of underwear of different designs & colors which he at times even gives to others. This is revealed to stem from an optimistic outlook thought to him by his grandfather, who said that all a man needs is a pair of underpants for tomorrow.
Ethan possesses no selfish desires which made him ideal for being the Kamen Rider OOO but also became a weakness once the Purple Core Medals sought out a host, as they immediately found him & took root. However, taking the advice of Johnny Tolbert, after becoming a Greed, Ethan remembers the desire he had so long ago; Ethan wanted the power to protect people no matter where they are, which Ankh gave to him in the form of the OOO Belt.
Forms[]
Combos After Ethan inserts three Core Medals into the OOO Belt, he scans them with the Core Scanner, & then holds the Core Scanner up to his chest, he transforms into Kamen Rider OOO. Like Kamen Rider Double Detective, Kamen Rider OOO has multiple combinations of forms he can access referred to as Combos.
Each aspect of a combination of Core Medals gives Kamen Rider OOO different powers & weaknesses. In a fight, if a particular section of Kamen Rider OOO receives a significant amount of damage, the power of that section will be disrupted. If it takes further damage, the power will cut off completely & the section's corresponding Medal will be forcefully ejected from the OOO Belt, canceling the transformation.
In addition, full Combos (that is, three from the same set) are incredibly taxing on Ethan's body, as they embody the full power of the corresponding Greeed. Painful if not fatal fatigue is risked when using more than one full combo. However, Ethan has developed resistance over time, as he were capable of using all of the combos at his disposal & their individual Scanning Charges in quick succession. Whenever a Scanning Charge is announced, Ethan will proclaim "See ya!" seconds before the opponent is defeated.
Except for the Multi, Soul, & Super Multi Combos, the only combinations referred to as "Combo" are those of a single color. Mixed color combinations are referred to as Random Combos.

Multi Combo is the default combination of OOO accessed using the Hawk, Tiger, & Grasshopper Core Medals.
In this form, OOO is armed with the Tigerclaw gauntlets, and can transform his legs into Grasshopper Legs to reach enemies that are out of his reach, such as ones that can fly. This combo is also the most balanced in speed and power.
Like the True Multi Combo, the standard Multi Combo also can dual-wield the Medal Saber and the Dino Breaker.
Ethan transformed into the Multi Combo (Purple Eye) when Giru has transferred one of his purple Core Medal into Ethan's body, turning him into a mindless monster. He then made a mad dash for the OOO driver. Upon strapping it on, the signature telekinesis of the purple Medals scanned the Hawk, Tiger, and Grasshopper, Medals, transforming him into a Multi Combo under the influence of the Dinosaur Medals, hence the purple eyes. This form was used only once to attack Ankh for a brief period after Rhinod transformation. After that Giru transfers another purple Core Medal, cancelling Ethan's Rider transformation and forcing him to mutate into the Ethan Greeed.
After absorbing a vast amount of Cell Medals, Ethan uses the King's Core Medals which James gave him to transform into a more powerful version of Multi Combo, variably referred to as the Ultimate Multi Combo and the True OOO". In this state, OOO's power has increased to the point of momentarily surpassing the purple Core Medals, allowing him to dual wield the Medal Saber and the Dino Breaker, as well as defeat a complete Greeed with the Multi Kick. However, because Ethan absorbed the Y.R.F.'s immense store of Cell Medals while still having the Purple Cores within his body, these Medals shattered, and the True Multi Combo was lost. When transforming with the King's Core Medals, the O Scanner's voice becomes deeper and distorted.
This Combo's Scanning Charge finisher is the Multi Kick, where after jumping high up through the Grasshopper Legs, OOO descends with a drop kick through the three rings that are formed, which are in the primary colors of the Hawk, Tiger, and Grasshopper Medals which surround him in auras depending on the Core Medals. When passing through the red ring representing the Hawk Medal, he is surrounded in a red veil with wings, the yellow ring representing the Tiger Medal gives an aura with claws, while the green ring representing the Grasshopper Medal gives an aura with legs.
Multi Combo is composed of the following parts: Hawk:
- OOO Mask (Hawk Head) - The helmet.
- Hawk Head - The black overall helmet. It is a central organ that manages the various O Medals' abilities. The black segments are hardened skin, and are so hard that not even large-caliber magnum bullets can pierce through.
- O Quartz - A red crystal organ in the middle of the forehead/the 'hawk beak'. It can sense enemies within a 10km radius. It is present in all of OOO's forms, and its color, shape and properties change according to what form OOO is using. In Multi Combo's case, it is a red rhombus.
- Hawk Eyes - The green compound eyes. They are highly developed, and allows OOO to see humans up to 8k away and objects that are as close as 0.02mm away from him. Additionally, OOO can see targets up to 3km away in the dark.
- Hawk Shield - The red sections spreading to the side off the face/the 'hawk wings'. It is an exterior shell that protects the face, and is capable of detecting minute air vibrations. Any excess energy generated by the O Medals are released by the Hawk Shield into the surrounding environment.
- Hawk Sonar - The Hawk Shield's black segments. They are supersensitive organs that allow OOO to hear sounds excellently.
- Nose Blocker - The mouth plate/the 'hawk tail'. It is a strengthened exoskeleton that covers the mouth and nose. It has an air filtration function that purifies any toxins out of taken air, allowing OOO to breathe safely.
- Line Drive - The neck. It protects the throat. The red segment is a type of information transmission pathway that integrates and controls the O Medals' energies. Energy is dispersed throughout the whole body.
- OOO Armor (Enhanced Skin) - The collar armor and the black segments. It is reinforced skin that has quick healing ability.
- O Lung Circle - The circular segment on Kamen Rider OOO's chest. Each of OOO's segments have a section of the O Lung Circle; Hawk's section is called the O Lung Top. The O Lung Circle disperses the O Medals' powers all over the body.
Tiger:
- Tiger Shoulders - The shoulder armor. It is a strengthened exoskeleton that protects the shoulders. They can be used in tackling attacks.
- Tiger Arms - The arms. They are extremely muscular and possess overwhelming power, allowing OOO to lift a 1-meter long piece of iron.
- Tiger Guardias - The forearm armor. It is a reinforced exoskeleton that serves to protect the forearms against impacts. It can also withstand the recoil made from attacks by the Tigerclaws.
- Tigerclaws - The claw weapons. They can be flipped up to be stored on the Tiger Guaria or flipped down to be used as claw weapons. They can easily cut through reinforced concrete walls.
- Tiger Knuckles - The back hand armor. It not only protects the hands, but supports the power of the Tigerclaws, allowing OOO to use them efficiently.
- Tiger Grabbers - The hands. It is a strengthened exoskleton. It is extremely hard, yet elastic, allowing OOO to exert a strong grip.

Strength Combo is OOO's green combination, using the powers of Uva's Core Medals: Stag, Mantis, & Grasshopper.
Using Strength Combo, OOO's punching power is slightly lower than Multi Combo, while his jumping height is slightly higher. However, his maximum running speed decreases significantly.
In this form, OOO can shoot lightning from his Stag Horns, use the Mantisswords, and jump high with the Grasshopper Legs. Strength also has the ability to create duplicates of himself known as the Branch Shade. He can create a massive amount of these duplicates, but Ethan claims it is extremely difficult to revert back to being just a single OOO so that he can cancel the transformation.
This Combo's Scanning Charge finisher is the Strength Kick, where after splitting into several duplicates, OOO jumps into the air and performs a series of flying sidekicks on the target.
In the movie, OOO used Strength Combo's Branch Shade ability to duplicate himself, then all but the original switched their medals to make the OOO Combo Clones.
Strength Combo is composed of the following parts: Stag
- OOO Mask (Stag Head) - The helmet.
- Stag Horns - The horns. It is a protective exoskeleton and is extremely hard, protecting the head from attacks. It boasts tremendous power, and can be used in piercing attacks. When Strength Combo clones itself, it becomes a type of communication antenna that allow all clones to work in conjunction with each other.
- O Quartz - A green crystal organ in the middle of the forehead. It can sense enemies within a 10km radius. It is present in all of OOO's forms, and its color, shape and properties change according to what form OOO is using. In Strength Combo's case, it is an emerald-green isosceles triangle.
- Stag Eyes - The orange compound eyes. It can see up to 6km in front. It's ability to see objects up close is inferior compared to the Hawk Medal's eyes. However, they are extremely developed and can even see behind.
- Stag Sonar - Hearing devices located on the sides of the head. It is super sensitive and can catch subtle sounds, and allows OOO to hear footsteps 10km away.
- Nose Blocker - The mouth plate on the mouth area. It is a strengthened exoskeleton that covers the mouth and nose. It has an air filtration function that purifies any toxins out of taken air, allowing OOO to breathe safely.
- Line Drive - The neck. It protects the throat. The green segment is a type of information transmission pathway that integrates and controls the O Medals' energies. Energy is dispersed throughout the whole body.

- Mantisswords - The swords. It is a type of braided reinforced exoskeleton that enlarges when it is used.Through quick slashes, OOO can slice through every bullet sent out by gunfire.
- Mantis Guardias - The forearm armor. It is a reinforced exoskeleton that possesses multilayer structure composed of thin plates stacked on top of each other. The multilayer structure absorbs and diffuses the impact made via attacks and finishing techniques that utilise the Mantisswords.

In this form, OOO's kicking power is decreased and his maximum jump height is reduced to less than half of Multi Combo. However, this is OOO's fastest form by a massive margin.
In this form, OOO can emit an infrared light called the Liodias, which is intense enough to incinerate, use the Tigerclaws, and run at high speeds. The Cheetah Legs also enable Fierce Combo to perform the Revol Spin Kick.
This Combo's Scanning Charge finisher is the Gush Cross, which projects three yellow rings in front of OOO before charging through them with the Cheetah Medal's speed before delivering a cross slash on the target with the Tigerclaws infused with the Lion Medal's energy projection.
Fierce Combo is composed of the following parts: Lion:

- Lionel Flasher - The 'mane'. It diffuses and reflects light, causing enormous damage to an opponent's vision.
- O Quartz - A yellow crystal organ in the middle of the forehead. It can sense enemies within a 10km radius. It is present in all of OOO's forms, and its color, shape and properties change according to what form OOO is using. In Fierce Combo's case, it is a yellow nail shape, and shines like a topaz.
- Lion Eyes - The blue compound eyes. It has a special layer, dubbed Feridas Tapetum, that reflects and amplifies light (most often from the Lionel Flasher), allowing OOO to see in the dark.
- Lion Sonar - Hearing devices located on the sides of the head. Even in areas where visibility fails, the Lion Sonar allow OOO to grasp surrounding topography and internal structures of buildings from the sound of the air. It can recognise high frequency sounds that ordinary humans cannot recognise.
- Nose Blocker - The mouth plate on the mouth area. It is a strengthened exoskeleton that covers the mouth and nose. It has an air filtration function that purifies any toxins out of taken air, allowing OOO to breathe safely.

Cheetah:
- Cheetah Legs - The legs. It is extremely fast, and can reach a maximum speed in just 100 milliseconds. Due to its overwhelming force, its speed can be used against enemies to increase destructiveness of attacks.
- Cheetah Frame - Yellow reinforced exoskeletal pieces that cover the Cheetah Legs. Although most of the surface is smooth and curved, there are depression areas known as Aero Tuners that serve to reduce the pressure resistance generated by airflow during sprinting.
- Cheetah Ramjets - Vents located on the sides of the legs. To prevent the legs from melting due to the tremendous amount of heat produced when running, excess heat is discharged through here like steam. Since auxiliary heat is generated alongside exhaust heat, further acceleration is made possible.
- Cheetah Ankle Toes - The feet. It is a strengthened exoskeleton that protects the feet and ankles by dispersing the pressure generated when kicking off the ground, reducing burden. The part that acts as an impact buffering mechanism is similar to car suspension.
- Cheetah Ag Soles - The soles. It supports the body and allows OOO safely touch the ground when running thanks to special muscles that have been stretched like a mesh within. During covert actions, footsteps can be muted.
- O Lung Circle - The circular segment on Kamen Rider OOO's chest. Each of OOO's segments have a segment of the O Lung Circle; Cheetah's section is called O Lung Under. The O Lung Circle disperses the O Medals' powers all over the body.

Gravity Combo is OOO's gray combination, using the powers of Gamel's Core Medals: Rhino, Gorilla, and Elephant.
Compared to Multi Combo, OOO's punching power is nearly doubled, while his kicking power, jumping height, and running speed are all decreased.
In this form, OOO gains superhuman strength and gravity manipulation as well the ability to perform strong headbutts through the Rhino Head. He is able to perform the Bagoon Pressure attack by firing clones of the Gorillabagoon gauntlets from his arms and create powerful shockwaves by shouting or banging his chest "armor" with the Gorilla Arms. With the Elephant Legs, he can cause minor earthquakes and perform a powerful drop attack called the Zuo Stomp.
This Combo's Scanning Charge finisher is the Gravity Impact, where OOO manipulates gravity to lift him into the air and weights himself down to hit the ground with a powerful stomp, trapping a Yummy in the ground that forms around it while the reformed ground moves toward OOO where he delivers a powerful double handed punch and headbutt at the same time. The damaged ground reforms after the Scanning Charge.
Gravity Combo is composed of the following parts: Rhino:
- OOO Mask (Rhino Head) - The helmet.
- Gravid Horn - The 'horn'. It is the core organ that controls OOO's ability to control gravity. Based on information perceived by the Face Archer, it will issue a gravitational wave interference command to the Gorillabagoons according to OOO's will and intention. Furthermore, as it is a horn, it is extremely hard, and can be used for piercing attacks.
- O Quartz - A red crystal organ in the middle of the forehead/'horn'. It can sense enemies within a 10km radius. It is present in all of OOO's forms, and its color, shape and properties change according to what form OOO is using. In Gravity Combo's case, it is a hexagon that shines like a ruby.
- Rhino Eyes - The red compound eyes. Although a normal rhinoceros' vision is terrible, to the extent that it can be called a rhinoceros' weakness, this problem is overcome by making the Rhino Eyes huge.

Gorilla:
- Gorilla Shoulders - The shoulders. It is an armored shoulder-reinforced exoskeleton that is directly connected to the Line Drive, which has been raised on the Gorilla Shoulders. It has the ability to withstand intense battles and the violent swinging of the Gorillabagoons.
- Gorilla Arms - The arms. They have been changed by the power of the Gorilla Medal. It boasts tremendous strength befitting a power-type form, and has a grip strength of about 1 ton (more than 20 times the grip strength of a human's.)
- Gorillabagoons) - The gauntlets. They are reinforced exoskeletons that have been formed when the forearms' Line Drives change into a gauntlet shape. It can become a weapon that destroys anything when launched at high speeds in a Rocket Punch-esque fashion. In response to orders from the Gravid Horn, a hexagonally arranged Line Drive at the back of the hand can change the gravitational field of an object that it touches.

Elephant:
- Elephant Legs - The legs. They have been changed by the power of the Elephant Medal. Although slightly less agile compared to other legs that make up OOO's combos, thanks to its overwhelming leg strength its stomp techniques can send powerful shockwaves. By aligning the legs and increasing the weight, the destructive power of stomps jumps several times.
- Elephant Ag Soles - The feet. It is a reinforced exoskeleton that covers the toes. It transmits ground vibrations to the Rhino Sonar, assisting it with hearing perception.

Marine Combo is OOO's blue combination, using the powers of Mezool's Core Medals: Killer Whale, Eel, & Octopus.
Using Marine Combo, all of OOO's stats are decreased, making it one of his weakest forms. However, this is offset by the form's specialized abilities.
In this form, OOO excels in underwater combat, and gains the ability to liquefy his body like Masked Rider of Edenoi as the Super Blue. It is armed with the DenkiEel Whips which enable electrically charged attacks, the most powerful being the Voltarm Whip. The Octopus Legs allow Marine Combo to climb walls with their suction cup-like abilities and can split apart for a barrage of hits.
This Combo's Scanning Charge finisher is the Octo Banish, where OOO liquefies his lower body to propel himself upward, then use the Eel Whips to drag the opponent upward while OOO goes back down using the Octo Legs to perform a corkscrew kick that drills through the opponent.
Marine Combo is composed of the following parts: Killer Whale:
- OOO Mask (Killer Whale Head) - The helmet.
- Top Sphindle - The fin on top of the head. It is a horn-shaped organ that emits special soundwaves undetectable by humans.
- Float Horn - The protruding forehead section. It's streamline shape is meant to reduce resistance underwater.
- O Quartz - A blue crystal organ in the middle of the forehead. It can sense enemies within a 10km radius. It is present in all of OOO's forms, and its color, shape and properties change according to what form OOO is using. In Marine Combo's case, it is a turquoise shaped like a raindrop.
- Killer Whale Eyes - The compound eyes. It is very sensitive to light, allowing OOO to secure a clear field of vision even in the deep sea, where light does not penetrate. Thanks to an internal organ that adjusts the amount of light within the helmet, called Optagate, the Killer Whale Eyes can adapt to any environment, whether at sea, on land or at night.
- Killer Whale Sonar - Sensory organs that receives the reverberations of the sound waves emitted by the Top Sphindle. Underwater, not only can they sense the water's vibrations, but they can perceive its movements such as water pressure and tides.
- Face To Gill - The fins on the side of the cheek sections. They are a type of fin that suppresses water resistance when swimming at high speed. A respiratory assist organ is present inside, and stores a high concentration of oxygen, enabling underwater diving for approximately 3 hours.

Eel:
- Eel Shoulders - The shoulders. They are exoskeletons protecting the shoulders, and is one of the power generating organs of the Eel Arm. Underneath, power generating cells, a type of muscle cell, are located. It is possible to generate lightning-like power continuously for up to about 600 seconds.
- Electric Eel whips - The whips. Technical name: Voltarm Whips, they can be freely operated according to OOO's intention via electrical signals emitted from the palms. Not only can they be used to hit opponents, but they can deliver an electric current to the target.
- Boltning Drives - The white triangular segments on the arms. They are a type of bioelectric circuit that distributes the generated current to the entire arm. They also store and discharge any excess electrical current that has been generated.
- Eel Guardias - Exoskeleton pieces that protect the backs of the hands. The electric current generated by the internal Boltning Batteries can b discharged via the fists, allowing OOO to deliver electrocuting punches.
- Eel Grabbers - the hands. They are a type of exoskeleton that protects the five fingers. It has excellent grip strength, allowing OOO to freely manipulate the Voltarm Whips.
- O Lung Circle - The circular segment on Kamen Rider OOO's chest. Each of OOO's segments have a segment of the O Lung Circle; Eel's section is called O Lung Middle. The O Lung Circle disperses the O Medals' powers all over the body.
Octopus:
- Octopus Legs - The legs changed by the power of the Octopus Medal. Most of it is covered with thick and powerful muscles, and by changing the cartilage tissue in the body, the legs can be manipulated freely like mollusks.
- Octa Capture - The circular sucker sections on the legs. It is a type of muscle. Due to its extremely high sucking and holding power, it is sometimes used to capture enemies or stick to walls and ceilings. It is almost impossible for an enemy to escape once captured.
- Octopus Knee Dias - The knee armor. It is a special reinforced exoskeleton that protects the knee and shin. Although it is slightly inferior to ordinary exoskeletons, it has excellent elasticity and can take the same flexibility as mollusks.
- Octopus Ankle Toes - A special reinforced exoskeleton that protects the ankle. It is composed of tissues similar to chondrocytes of general animals, and can absorb any external shock.
- Octopus Ag Soles - The feet. It is covered with the same special reinforced exoskeleton as the Octopus Knee Dias. It is mostly made out of powerful muscle, and can freely change shape.
- O Lung Circle - The circular segment on Kamen Rider OOO's chest. Each of OOO's segments have a segment of the O Lung Circle; Octopus's section is called O Lung Under. The O Lung Circle disperses the O Medals' powers all over the body.

Blaze Combois OOO's red combination, using the powers of Ankh's Core Medals: Hawk, Peacock, and Condor. This Combo's primary motif is the Phoenix, often called the king of birds and is a mix of different kinds of birds.
Compared to Multi Combo, OOO's punching and kicking power are both increased, along with a slightly higher running speed. His jumping height is slightly decreased, but this is insignificant due to Blaze Combo granting OOO the ability to fly.
In this form, the Hawk Head becomes the Hawk Head Brave, with the eyes becoming red rather than the usual green, wings protruding from the head, and the hawk symbol on the forehead becoming more prominent. The Hawk icon on the O Lung also changes from the full form on the Medal to a more pronounced head, appearing to merge the separate designs into the appearance of a bird.
Using Blaze Combo, OOO can see far distances, create energy peacock tail feathers to direct at opponents, use the Peacock Wings to fly, project Core Medal-like energy at its opponents, shoot streams of fire, and use the talon-like attachments of the Condor Legs called the Raptor Edges.
Due to its power, Blaze Combo is more taxing on Ethan than the other Full Combos to the point that prolonged use will cause him to collapse while transformed.
This form is armed with the Blaze Spinner that can fire flaming orbs of energy at its opponent. It can also hold a number of Core Medals, enabling him to perform the Giga Scan attack. Blaze is shown to have an increase in power, speed, and defense, making it the most superior out of the other combos.
During the final battle, Ankh gives Ethan the last set of his Medals, including the cracked Hawk Medal that housed Ankh's consciousness, in order to fight Maki in his Greeed form. Using the Medals, Ethan transformed into Blaze Combo (Lost Blaze ver.), Ankh's voice announced the name of the Medals instead of the usual O Scanner voice, and the symbols of the Medals took on Ankh's Greeed form's color scheme. This version of Blaze was unusually powerful than Raging Combo (due to the powers stats raised drastically), and projected a set of six phoenix wings behind it. It also housed Ankh's conspicuousness and allowed him to fight alongside OOO in his human form with his Greeed arm.
This Combo's Scanning Charge finisher is the Prominence Drop, where after deploying the Peacock Wings and Raptor Edges, OOO flies into the air and performs a flying drop kick on the target.

Raging Combo is OOO's purple combination accessed by the Pteranodon, Triceratops and Tyrannosaurus Core Medals.
Along with Blaze Combo, Raging Combo is easily one of the most powerful Combos in OOO's arsenal. Raging Combo has much higher kicking power, jumping height, and running speed than Blaze Combo, along with marginally higher punching power. It is also capable of destroying or damaging Core Medals, making this Combo more dangerous and destructive. After Ethan temporarily becomes a Greeed, he can access this form in the usual way or transform directly from his Greeed form.
In this form, OOO uses wings on the Ptera Head, called the External Fins, to fly, as well as to freeze the opponent with a blast of icy air. The horns on the Tricera Shoulders, called the Wind Stinger, can stretch into various lengths according to Ethan's command. The claws on the Tyranno Legs, called Legsteranail, enhance his kicking. He can also combine the thigh armor to form a tail, called the Taildivider, that can give off a devastating blow.
This form carried the risk of slowly turning Ethan into a mindless beast if he stays in the Combo for too long until he managed to gain control of the Purple Cores, but he still suffers from the physical strain resulting from Combo use. As a result of the purple Medals residing in his body, Ethan underwent a process known as "Greeedification", gradually turning him into a Greeed, which could be sped up by having more Medals enter his body.
Unlike the other combos, Raging Combo causes most of the OOO armor to become white and cannot form a mismatch with the other Core Medals, as the purple Medals are made in nature as the antithesis of desire, negating the power of the other Core Medals
Also, like Tajadol Combo, this Combo has its own weapon; an axe/bazooka-hybrid called the Dino Breaker.
This Combo's Scanning Charge finisher is the Blasting Freezer. When activated, OOO uses his Tricera Shoulders' Wind Stingers to stab his opponents in the shoulders to hold them in place, while he uses his Ptera Head's External Fins to freeze them immediately after, and the Tyranno Legs' Taildivider to finish them off by smashing them into frozen shards.
After the final battle against the Dinosaur Greeed, the Raging Combo was thought to be lost forever as the Purple Core Medals shattered when they reached the Greeed-made black hole. However, this Combo was restored. One theory as to why he has them back is that the Medals he has were the Medals still in the Dinosaur Greed upon his death and had traveled with the other Core and Cell Medals into the future, with Ethan obtaining the Purple Cores along with the other Medals.

In this form, OOO's eyesight is doubled and gains infra-red vision. He is equipped with the turtle shell-like Goura Guardner, which can be joined together to create an energy shield called the Gora Shielduo, and can use the Saw Deadscythers on his legs to generate an energy crocodile head, which chomps his enemies with every kick. Reptilian Combo's body is also covered in a bioenhancing substance called Soma Venom, which makes him able to heal instantly after taking any attack and strengthening his muscles. The Caiman Drive on his thighs extracts and decomposes fatigue substances generated when the muscles of the whole body are overworked by Soma Venom and discharges them as gas to the outside of the body. It also quickly detoxifies toxins that have entered the body and excretes them in the same way. In addition OOO is armed with a pungi called the Burahngi. When OOO plays a song into the Burahngi, he performs the Cappello Brush, where a giant hooded cobra is summoned from the Cobra Head's "ponytail" to attacks enemies.
This Combo's Scanning Charge finisher is the Warning Ride, where OOO projects three orange rings in front of him before dashing through them in a foot-first slide before unleashing a powerful kick with the Saw Deadscythers, which generate a giant energy crocodile head to bite through the target.

The three symbols then merge into the symbol of Soul Combo and explodes.

Super Multi Combo is OOO's ultimate combo and the evolved form of Multi Combo accessed by the Super Hawk, Super Tiger and Super Grasshopper Core Medals. The colors of Super Multi are inverted compared to the original Multi Combo (meaning that he's mostly red, yellow, and green instead of black).
While this form's punching power is lower than both the Blaze and Raging Combos, it has the highest kicking power and jumping height out of all of OOO's forms, as well as being slightly faster than Raging Combo.
This form features the Super Hawk Head, which appears similar to Blaze Combo's Hawk Head Brave, sporting red eyes instead of green and a pair wings that enable him to fly. This form also features the longer and sharper Super Tiger Solid claws, and the spiked Super Grasshopper Legs. Because the Medals powering this Combo are displaced in time, OOO, can bypass time to gain the upper hand on his enemies.
This Combo's Scanning Charge finisher is the Super Multi Kick, which is a more powerful version of the Multi Kick.

Poseidon Combo is Kamen Rider OOO's aqua, dark blue, and crimson combination accessed with the deep sea animal-based Shark, Whale, and Wolffish Core Medals. It is analogous to Kamen Rider Neptune.
This combo is designed to excel at underwater combat and can bring out more power when used in conjunction with a dedicated Driver, the Neptune Driver. What distinguishes Poseidon from Marine Combo is the fact that it focuses on "Kings of the Sea" (marine vertebrates at the top of the food chain) while Marine represents aquatic life as a whole (including the freshwater electric eel and the invertebrate octopus).
The Shark Head possesses the Tri-Fin Navigator, three fins which have a steering function and can analyze ocean currents in order to determine the best path of travel. Like the Killer Whale Head, it possesses the ability to detect water pressure and currents and can see infrared light, granting it vision even in the lightless depths of the ocean.
The Whale Arms are equipped with the Whale Sluggers, gauntlets shaped like a whale's head. Their overwhelming mass allows them to be used as striking weapons or shields, with the shoulders stabilizing them so OOO can wield them properly.
The Wolffish Legs possess the Sole Fin Blades, fin-like blades that extend from knee to toe and represent the wolffish's "rock-breaking fangs". Besides being able to shred enemy armor, they convert the water through which they pass into propulsion by discharging it like a jet. This also gives OOO exceptional underwater mobility, including the ability to quickly change direction.
This Combo's Scanning Charge is the Poseidon Break, a kick with incredible destructive power. It also possesses one special attack:
- Colossal Headbutt: OOO puts the two Whale Sluggers together, creating an energy construct of a whale's head and charging the enemy with it.

Clawed Combo, is Kamen Rider OOO's orange, magenta, and purple combination accessed with the clawed arthropod-based Shrimp, Crab, and Scorpion Core Medals. It is analogous to the Armored Warrior Inhumanoid.
In this form OOO is primarily a close-range brawler, capable of dealing fast but powerful blows while boasting exceptional agility and evasion. Its armor consists of a sturdy exoskeleton on top of flexible body tissues, providing shock absorption as well as defense. Though it isn't explicitly linked to an element like many of OOO's other Combos, it may be intended to be Metal-elemental, as evidenced by the metallic "clang" sound during its transformation song.
The Shrimp Head possesses grid-like compound eyes that give almost 360° dynamic vision, while the antennae can detect even the faintest of sounds, allowing OOO to hear sounds up to 10 kilometers away if he concentrates. The flaps on either side of the face function like reactive armor, repelling impacts in a chosen direction.
The Crab Arms give OOO jagged pincer claws called the Crab Scissors, which can be used for both striking and grappling attacks. The external surface of the Scissors is extremely hard, allowing them to be used as makeshift shields.
The Scorpion Legs take advantage of Clawed Combo's light weight by giving him quick footwork. The scorpion reliefs on the knees feature small scissors which enhance the power of OOO's knee kicks, while the Scorpion Ankle Toes on the feet allow him to inject enemies with a poisonous liquid that paralyzes their nervous system.
This Combo's Scanning Charge finisher is the Clawed Splash, a rapid-fire barrage of punches. It also possesses two special attacks:
- Clamping Crush: OOO grapples the enemy with the Kani Scissors, crushing them with up to 1 billion Newtons of force.
- Turning Scorpion: OOO performs a turn knee kick, grabbing the enemy with his knee scissors, and follows up with a high kick.

Tramp excels at rushing attacks using the multitude of horns on its body combined with its powerful legs giving it exceptional running and jumping ability. Though it isn't explicitly associated with an element like many of OOO's other combos, it may be intended to be Wood-element due to the sound of a tree falling that plays during its transformation song.
The Deer Head grants OOO exceptional hearing, including high frequency sounds outside the normal human range of perception. This gives Tramp Combo the ability to perceive the surrounding area or the internal structure of buildings in three dimensions simply by listening to the wind and other sounds. It also grants a 320° field of view, allowing OOO to observe the enemy and the surrounding area at the same time. The Deer Antlers focus the power of OOO's headbutt attacks into a single point, allowing him to pierce through anything.
The Gazelle Arms give OOO the Gazelle Antlers, tough horn-like blades that extend past his hands. Like the Deer Antlers, they concentrate all their force onto a single point to maximize damage. Both shoulders feature similar antler-like horns, enhancing the power of OOO's tackles.
The Cow Legs give OOO explosive leg strength, enough to tear furrows in the ground when he lunges. The "nose rings" on the knees are power limiters; when removed, they give OOO an overwhelming but uncontrollable amount of power.
This Combo's Scanning Charge is the 'Tramp Stomp, wherein OOO performs a charging headbutt and launches his enemy into the air, then leaps up and sends them back to the ground with a powerful stomp. It also possesses one special attack:

The Centipede Head possesses 38 smaller eyes that supplement the primary compound eyes, while the Center Centipede "ponytail" features multiple antennae that grant enhanced awareness, giving OOO the ability to operate even total darkness.
The Bee Arms possess small wings on the shoulders, allowing OOO to fly at low altitudes. The right arm is equipped with the retractable Bee Needle while the left equips the Bee Shield, which features a honeycomb structure filled with a jelly-like material that absorbs shock, providing a two-stage defense. Venom Combo's power allows OOO to multiply the shield's honeycomb structure, making it large enough to cover his entire body.
The Ant Legs allow OOO to walk on walls and ceilings as if they were level ground and sneak up on an enemy undetected. The number of ant crests on the lower legs multiplies as OOO uses Venom Combo's power. The knees and toes feature small needles that allow OOO to inject poison into an enemy via kicking attacks.
This Combo's Scanning Charge is the Heat Ant Kick, a diving kick performed while the Center Centipede wraps around OOO's body and emits powerful poisons. It also possesses two special attacks:
- Centipede Choke: OOO extends the Center Centipede to strangle an enemy and inject them with poison.
- Stab of Bee: OOO pierces an enemy with the Hachi Needle, injecting poison into their body.

Glacier Combo is Kamen Rider OOO's ash gray, white, and navy combination accessed with the polar animal-based Walrus, Polar Bear, and Penguin Core Medals.
This combo is said to excel in colder climates, giving OOO an advantage against enemies in extreme situations. It is technically an Ice-element Combo like Raging Combo, though Seishiroguin represents the strength to survive harsh environments while Putotyra draws from the concept of "extinction" from Earth's Ice Ages.
The Walrus Head extends OOO's vision into infrared ranges, letting him see even in poor-visibility conditions such as blizzards. Like the Killer Whale and Shark Heads, it also possesses the ability to perceive water currents and pressure. Both sides of the head are equipped with the Walrus Fang, which can be used for stabbing attacks.
The Polar Bear Arms equip OOO with the Polar Bear Heels, gauntlets resembling a polar bear's paws. Besides possessing long claws for close combat, they can freeze any objects they touch by drawing heat away from them. Both shoulders feature large, protruding pauldrons which constantly circulate energy in order to insulate OOO against cold temperatures.
The Penguin Legs are structured like swim fins, granting OOO an incredible water speed of 120 knots. The penguin-shaped shin armor also possesses movable flippers that allow him to stir up the water.
This Combo's Scanning Charge is the Freezing Blizzard, a powerful punch from the Polar Bear Arms supplemented by freezing air, similar to Raging Combo's Blasting Freezer. It also possesses two special attacks:
- Polar Fang: OOO stabs the enemy with the Walrus Fangs.
- Flipper Vortex: OOO generates streams of water by flapping the flippers on his shins, using the pressure differential to create a whirlpool.

Like OOO, Kamen Rider Genesis's powers stem from the O Medals that power the Greeed and their Yummy creations. However, Genesis's powers originate solely from the Y.R.F.'s technology developed by Giru to utilize the power of the Cell Medals.
On Genesis's armor there are capsules called Receptacle Orbs, in which the Genesis CLAWs system is stored until a Cell Medal is used to summon the weapons. It was first thought that, due to using Cell Medals as opposed to Core Medals, Genesis was, at first, at a disadvantage against the Greeed. However, as Genesis, Lucas shows an extreme proficiency in utilizing the system, single-handedly combating three Greeeds on even grounds by strategically using the Cutter Wings, Caterpillar Legs, and Shovel Arms until he uses all CLAWs weapons in CLAWs Armor to defeat them, surpassing his predecessor, Johnny Marcus Gonzalez, who wasn't capable fighting against an single Greeed. Genesis's exosuit originally had a self-destruct function built into it. However, the self-destruct function was disabled by Lucas Mendoza when Giru defected to the Greeed side.
Ethan only used the CLAWs System once, during when he thought without a head medal to transform with, as Ethan realized that Gonzalez's Cell Medal Tank, which he also stored the Genesis Driver in, got sent back in time with them. When the Nue Yummy arrives a second time to take Ankh's Medals Eiji took advantage of the situation, and transforms. During the fight, he displays little to no proficiency with the Genesis System, using only the Drill Arm to fight, mainly because it is the only CLAW unit adaptable with his unique fighting style. Because of Et focusing on protecting people, the CLAWs Driver and suit takes heavy damage during the fight, and Ankh loses his Medals.

The blue Drill Arm, referred to as the "Brighton Bit", is held in the Receptacle Orb on Kamen Rider Genesis's right forearm. Its powerful drill bit can extract Cell Medals from the bodies of Greeed and Yummy. It was eventually upgraded by Doctor Maki to increase its power after it got broken, allowing it to tear enough Cell Medals out of Kazari's hybrid Yummy to reduce them to a normal one. The Drill Arm can also be combined with the Crane Arm by activating both simultaneously, allowing Genesis to use it as a powerful ranged attack. When CLAWs·Sasori is activated, the Drill Arm forms the stinger.
Ethan Greeed

The Ethan Greeed form is an alternate incarnation of the Dinosaur Greeed, accessed by absorbing two more purple Core Medals (for a total of seven) from Giru.
In this form, Ethan assumes the form of all the dinosaurs in the medals and starts to go berserk, unable to tell the difference between humans, Greeed, and Yummies.
This form was lost to Ethan when the majority of the Purple Cores were ejected out of his body and were destroyed at the Dinosaur Greeed's death, reverting Ethan back to a normal human but however, when Ankh returns, he regains the possession of Purple Medals though never went berserk again due to their inactivity.

- During his mutation as a Greeed, Ethan slowly develops the traits of Greeeds, possessing superhuman powers and dinosaur-like abilities true to the race he represents.
- Yummy Creation
- A Greeed himself, Eiji can create Yummies by placing a Cell Medal into a Medal Insert Slot. Like Giru, instead of using humans to make Yummies, his are made using inanimate objects that represent the end of a desire, such as broken dreams. Ethan however didn't demonstrate this ability, likely out of refusal to fall into villainy.

- Ethan hypothetically can turn his body into a mass of Cell Medals, them reforming it back to his original state.
- Aerokinesis
- Ethan can fire a purple wind-like attack.
