Fredrick Ulysses Claus (September 13, 1023 - May 8, 2004) was the brother of the late Santa Claus, Sr., the original and once legendary Christmas present delivery man that delivered presents annually on the evening of Christmas Eve. In 2007, a film based on Fred's life with his name as the title was released in theaters. He was portrayed by Vince Vaughn.
Christmas Dilemma[]
In December 2002, Fred was arrested for minor disorderly conduct charges after a Christmas store fight and had therefore missed a date with his girlfriend Wanda. When he arrived at her apartment to apologize, Wanda was irate at Fred for apparently "breaking his promise". After exchanging some arguments, Wanda's landlord began fighting and swearing with Fred as he backed him off and walked away. A few days later, Fred had showed up at his brother Santa's workshop in the North Pole to resolve an issue.
