TheIkranRider's OC for Sleepy Hollow, Gavin Lucas, has his own apartment within downtown Sleepy Hollow. He has moved there several months before he met Ichabod, Jenny and Abbie during Fall 2014. During that one night, Gavin read up on the Classifieds in hopes on finding a place to escape his abusive soon-to-be guardian, Lolita, and his neglectful father, Don; ever since he graduated high school, his life became unbearable with his unsupportive family never taking any interest in him or his fascination of the supernatural. Luckily, he found an apartment that seemed manageable and thus lived in that building throughout the fanfic series.
It was first seen in the Greenhorn's Gamble, when Gavin was jotting down his thoughts in his diary as he vowed to defend Sleepy Hollow from evil forces. He then hung up a navy-blue sash over his bed which'd soon have a few of his badges in it. He also owns a red trike with a barred basket in which he stores in the backroom.
In A Saving Grace, it was shown that Gavin was playing Dante's Inferno on a plasma screen on a black futon. It was said his main door had a chain lock installed.
In The Lucas Legacy, Gavin became upset as he wrote down his depression in his journal stating how he felt his friends abandoned him and his duties involving the supernatural war. He then took his trike to a nearby local bar then wandered into a residential area before he passed out. Luckily he recovered within Abbie's house.
In the Demon from within, Gavin was manipulated and invaded by Lolita's dark spirit which had him destroy himself and a few possessions. It was also when Ichabod performed an exorcism from within his head and then kept a keen eye until he recovered both physically and psychologically. It also described more of Gavin's apartment as he had various collectibles including books on the paranormal, a Windows 7 laptop, a fax/printer, an iPod with iHome charger, a Linkin Park poster, and several video games and systems.
In Chapter VI of the Missing Episodes, the world was being decimated over the upcoming Rapture and many services went down. His rent for the apartment also skyrocketed just as numerous products. While he did manage to pay the hefty fare, he felt something was off. He was lucky he packed up his essentials and stored them in the backseats of Ichabod's van en route to Highland Falls then to Agency 355.
Before the journey thru Hell, Gavin had a dream in his apartment in which Dante's spirit greeted him thru his closet! He encouraged him to gather his friends and save Ichabod's soul just as he did with Beatrice's.
By the time Team Witness was successful in resealing Lucifer and restoring the world, Gavin was able to move back into his apartment with the rent being its normal range.
It was also mentioned there, and in Visions of Valentines, that Gavin never wanted to move to Washington and thus relied on Jenny for transportation.

Trivia[]
- The setting and layouts of the apartment's similar to Ikran's past experiences, as she and her family used to own a mini mansion with a Miller Suite at the side. Sadly...it didn't have the same accessories that Gavin has. This was just a dream place.
