Hip Circle (尻上がり?) is a kind of play and exercise using Horizontal Bar.

Back to back, grab the Horizontal Bar behind, bend the Body, pass through the Horizontal Bar with the Hip sticking out, and lift Hip between Both Arms to make One Spin the Body. Also, when descending from Back you need to Spin Body back. Also, in some cases you kick Leg to Ground and Spin Body.
